Sheriff & FIB Replacement Pack - ELS Style Lights - 2013 Tahoe, 2013 Charger, 2011 CVPI
ELS will only be active for vehicles that there is a VCF file for the slot present. So, make sure there's no VCF files for the vehicles that aren't ELS, and it should be fine.

Emergency Lighting System
Which vehicle model is it? The vehicle modeler might have linked the takedowns as part of the High Beams as well, which would cause them to turn on with the high beam headlights. I mainly see that being done with non-ELS vehicles, as there wouldn't be a way to toggle the Takedowns on otherwise, but that isn't needed with ELS Vehicles.

Delete sheriff.yft, then make a copy of sheriff_hi.yft. Rename the copy of sheriff_hi.yft to sheriff.yft. This is by no means a perfect solution (since there won't be any LODs for the vehicle model, which is bad), but until a fixed release is sent out, it's the only way to fix the issue.

Emergency Lighting System
If you read the README included with SirenMastery (the latest version), it tells you how to use it with ELS Vehicles.

Not at this time. Until the siren audio strings (not hashes) are found for the other sirens in the game, the only siren audio slot that ELS is able to use is the Police, Police Secondary, Police Warning, Police AHorn, Ambulance Warning, and Firetruck Horn sounds. You could use Siren Mastery with ELS to get the other siren audio options though.

Sounds like it's not installed properly. Do you have the VCF (Vehicle Configuration File) for the vehicle installed in the ELS folder where it goes? Also, do you have ScriptHookV and an ASI loader installed?

Those are the audio hashes, not the audio strings. ELS needs the strings that the game engine uses to play the audio files, not the filename/hash.

Once the audio strings for those sirens are figured out, then yes it will be able to. Right now, only a couple of them are known, and that's because they're the same as they were in GTA:IV.

vehicles.meta will go in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5. Right now, you should be able to just drop the provided vehicles.meta into there, however as future game updates come out, you'll need to merge the changes from the provided one into the original vehicles.meta file.

Would it be possible to tweak the police1-3 model skins slightly to change the colors? They have 2 livery options, one for City PD, and one for Los Santos County Sheriff (which is awesome by the way), however they look EXTREMELY similar. Just the text is changed, not the color. Would it be possible for the Police livery to have a blue splash/stripe and text, while the County livery stays green? That would help differentiate between the two vehicle skins. For the City PD text, a blue center with white/silver-gray outline would look good, on a dark blue splash behind it.

I figured out how to fix the disappearing cars issue. Replace the sheriff.yft and police4.yft with the sheriff_hi.yft and police4_hi.yft files. If you open up the original yft files in OpenIV, you'll see that the car chassis is missing entirely in the non-hi yfts. As far as the sheriff2 lightbar issue, I'm looking at that right now to see if it's something easily fixable. EDIT: SHERIFF2 LIGHTBAR FIX! You need to either install the vehicles.meta in the 2015 Tahoe folder in the archive, or edit your vehicles.meta and change the "diffusetint" setting for sheriff2 in it to be "0x00FFFFFF", instead of the original value. Then, when you get in the vehicle after it's spawned, the lightbar won't be blacked out and you'll be able to see the lights!

Great pack, only a few minor issues. The lightbar on the Sheriff 2015 Tahoe (sheriff2) is blacked out in-game (looks fine in OpenIV though), and doesn't light up. Also, the Sheriff 2016 Charger (sheriff), and Unmarked Police Car (police4), disappear when you walk away from them. Looks like an issue with missing LODs. Other than those issues, great work!

Custom Backup
CMSW is tagged as city by the game for some reason. If you go up there and call for backup using LSPDFR's backup menu, you get city units.

LCPD:FR Broken after GTA IV update (Patch 8)
Rockstar released an update for GTA:IV yesterday (https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/235650888) after over 6 years without an update. As expected, LCPD:FR won't load now. It looks like AdvancedHookInit.asi isn't working with the new version, nor is ScriptHook or ScriptHookDotNet. I attached the logs for AdvancedHookInit and ScriptHook. In theory, all that should be needed is an update to them to match the latest game version number (probably 1.0.8.0), and they should work fine. Unless Rockstar decided to sneak in some anti-mod countermeasures to mess with everyone. AdvancedHookInit.log ScriptHook.log

Sheriff & FIB Replacement Pack - ELS Style Lights - 2013 Tahoe, 2013 Charger, 2011 CVPI
For anyone wanting to use these vehicles with Alexguirre's Spotlight mod, I spent some time and fixed the spotlight positioning for these vehicle models so it will work (more or less, it looked fine to me). The changed spotlight location values are as follows: (Note: The 0xf0dfd0a3 model is Sheriff3):

If you're not averse to using an additional trainer menu that uses ScriptHookV, I use https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav and it does everything (except for save weapon loadouts...). You can add Sheriff3 as an added vehicle in the ini for it, which will let you spawn it natively using it. I also use the vehicle saving feature to save vehicles I've modified to have the Engine, Brake, Armor, and Transmission upgrades on (you can access those through the Vehicle Options -> Vehicle Mod Menu menu).

The vehicle models are amazing, and the lighting is amazing. The only downside is there aren't LSPD versions available yet! The CVPI could go in Police1, the Charger in Police2 (obviously), and the Tahoe could go in Police3 or PoliceT (the Van). Or put a Mustang in the Police3 slot if you can find a good model for one. It is the AI's preferred pursuit vehicle (without LSPDFR active), and a Mustang would fit perfectly in that role! AWESOME WORK!

It doesn't go in the LSPD:FR folder, it goes in Plugins/. So, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins" if you have the Steam Version, and it's installed on the C: Drive. It goes in THAT folder.

Make sure RagePluginHook is loading it. You have to add it to the list of plugins to load in the RagePluginHook settings window thing, or just load it manually every time you start the game via the RPH Console.

Arrest Manager (Grab Peds, More Jail Points, Prisoner Transport & more)
You shouldn't be able to select them in the RagePluginHook settings to load. They go in the LSPDFR folder under Plugins, as they're plugins for LSPD:FR, not standalone ones.

GTA V Snow Mod + Snowball pickup
Rockstar removed that in one of the more recent updates. As in removed that shader (the one that draws snow on the cars) from the game. They removed it to stop snow from being drawn on the INSIDE of vehicles.

Sheriff Sandking Green-White
Very nice! Any chance you could release one without the spotlight? The light from it comes from the wrong location (it comes from where it would if it were still on the police3 model) and isn't very useful. Also, the README included has the wrong location to install it in. Also, it works MUCH MUCH MUCH better if you copy over the Sandking model handling line in handling.meta to the pranger slot. Using the pranger handling info with this model makes it VERY tippy and handle a little funky. Copying over the sandking handling info makes it work MUCH better and handle appropriately.
