I do have one question that I am curious about. In GTA IV when you have a traffic stop or your just stopped on the side of the road the AI is pretty smart and will always go around you and not cause a traffic jam. But.... in GTA V if you are pulled over to the side lights on or lights off they will not go around most of the time. I wonder if LSPDFR will have some sort of fix with that.

Yeah to me its not realistic. A traffic stop on the side of the road and you have 500 car backup behind you...

I think the drivers stop for a while, then later on they try to go around if possible. A fix for that would be pretty difficult, I don't really think it's necessary

​Yes, they do stop then go around. Perhaps at some point someone will be able to make a mod that makes the AI move over to the left most lane, or as left as possible and slow down when standing on the side of the road with lights on. That'd be amazing.

​Now your messing with Navmeshes and that is going to take an editor program like the G.E.C.K for fallout or Source SDK for valve games. That will be way into the future though.

GTA V AI have an ounce more intelligence most of the time to go around stopped vehicles (in GTA IV there would usually be a line of cars behind your traffic stop), but they might hit your car and then yell at you.. Before losing their minds.. They're very strange.

​It would depend on what kind of road you do the stop on, I'd imagine... If you pull over a guy on the highway, he'd probably go onto the hard shoulder where traffic can just go on as normal. If it's in a two-lane in the middle of LS (don't forget most LS roads are quite wide or have a parking lane, so we could use those?), traffic would just probably go round as they're smarter now.

Sadly I doubt I will even get to mess with LSPDFR since sunday I go back to work and wont have any access to my GTA 5 setup until November. It is what it is I guess lol.

​This is correct, they are (or rather should be) accessible to anyone willing to write code to access them. Nothing online is "exclusive" to online, if this was the case you wouldn't be able to spawn any of the online DLC cars in single player using a trainer.

I suspect textures and objects (the doors will be rendered objects so that they move) should be relatively in the same boat with regards to availability. However I haven't had a lot of time to delve into coding for GTA V and as such I can only speak from speculation of what I've seen from mods.

​You boys need to chill down! This will only make the release delayed. Relax! Have a cup of coffee enjoy life keep on going. I know everyone is excited but this will really not change anything.

I do not know about you but to me is a crazy hot, almost are almost completely naked and I want to rip your skin off in a while, I'm waiting for everything even death, but will not be released until LSPDFR I'll be always online even if I will fatigue: ) and will take patience, Sam definitely we will be doing to wait because as the saying goes: the more time is better done well, I think it will be really great this first release, perhaps many other things will be added in the future but it's normal, it's just the first of many that will, I hope to stay with their mouths open when we'll play, but by then we hope all are assured, our patience will be huge sdebitata with this first release of this fantastic Mod, many like this post miraccomando !! w Sam and his team of fantastic people :) also the moderators that with all the things that we are able to do very well to control the complete forum: D
