​I assume so.  We use the RAGE hook for development, but we've had access to it since it was started pretty much as LMS is one half of its development team.

About the hand on the holster idea, if the animation was possible maybe they could implement it in the 'character mood' section on the interaction menu in-game. You know, the menu that allows your character to look pissed or change their walk style.

Or just if possible make a key to this.. Like if you push the Windows key then you character puts he's hand on the gun.. I would like it to be ME who puts the hand on the gun by push and hold a key, when releasing the key, the character puts away the hand.. And if you have the hand on the gun, and you need to draw your gun, it will be faster...

In theory, it's possible to have a key do it and have it done automatically at the same time. But as Sam said, the animation isn't made for walking. However, a custom animation could be made. I doubt this will be a feature for a while though

There is no SAPD, so logically you can't have an SAPDFR. Nor is there a Blaine County law enforcement unit. There are only three uniformed law enforcement agencies: San Andreas Highway Patrol (actually the LS Highway Patrol ingame), LSPD, and LSSD. SAHP is virtually irrelevant as a law enforcement agency. LSSD covers the majority of the map, but it pretty much covers the less interesting part. LSPDFR sounds better than LSSDFR, and the LSPD is the more developed uniformed agency (for IV, it was LCPDFR and not ASPFR, even though there was an Alderney State Police).

​I'm no dev but there is no SAPD in the game, but instead LSPD and other variants in certain locations.

The potential for LSPDFR with the new engine will be incredible. Time to consider upgrading my machine (PC) to get the most out of it.

I've played LCPDFR since the 1.0 release, and I fell in love, I have been waiting for it's successor for ages, loving the screenshots, one thing I am going to ask is, you know the hidden police outfit for Michael, is that going to be included somehow? I'm guessing not, as voices are linked to player/ped models in GTA V (correct me if I am wrong.)
