I dislike the notification thing. I got notifications of random people commenting on posts that I really don't care about. I tried to disable it in notifications options but couldn't find an option for it. [ btw i'm not trying to be rude or anything. apologies if it appears like I am.]

I do like the new website look though. I took a bit of free time to run through the site and familiarize myself with it and from the looks of it its pretty easy to navigate and find things. Downloads section confused me a bit until I found the sub-categories on the right side.

My question to staff is, out of curiosity, Where would we post support or anything related to the LCPDFR website? Would it be under the "IPS 4 Update - News, Suggestions and Support" section? I did not see a category specifically for LCPFR.com like the old layout had.

Go here, select all and then hit unfollow. You may need to do the same for threads unless you have it set to subscribe to threads you post in.

I still think the downloads and gallery are really messy. I miss the recently updated in the downloads as well. I kinda wish it would've been a similar layout. As for everything else, it's not bad, and it won't take long to get used to.

Check out my YouTube! My Twitter!

I think some buttons are placed in weird locations... For example this one in gallery. I imagine it's useful, but could it be separated from the "fullscreen" button? Otherwise it's easy to accidentally hit it (just like I did lol). Took some time to dig up my old profile pic.

I wish that I wouldn't get notifications of every bit of activity that happens; I can't disable some of it in the notification menu either.

Agreed!

EDIT: just saw up a few posts. Maybe that will help?

Has post count gone up? I am assuming a lot of hidden posts, older forums, and stuff has yet to be moved because last I checked I did not have 2k posts...makes me depressed how much I have actually dedicated to the internet lol

I could be wrong but I believe it's also including gallery and file comments in the total post count.

I'd say that's the case, Illusionary.

The old site looked clean, easy to navigate, & structured good. Yes, we can get used to this & it will be easier once we get familiar but just seems the old site made more sense to me. I'm only on here mainly for the downloads & very rarely do I look at the forums so I'm just speaking for the downloads page.

Downloads Page:
We look left to right, not right to left so the links should be back on the left side. It also looked much better just letting us see the most recent additions to the download page & let everything else just be filtered.

LCPDFR Online Services system is back online and using the new member database.
However, we've not yet converted the login mechanism over, so it will only work if you already have an API key. We'll we working in the coming days on restoring new login functionality and making sure you can all view your statistics again online. Although you cannot view your statistics, provided you had a valid API key before the site conversion, these are still being recorded to your account.
Enhanced multiplayer should work again fine for all users however (both logged-in and not logged-in).

Also, as scripts modifications are now possible in V and an early scripthook has been released, I've added a "Community Modifications V" category to the downloads. Unlike the IV category, it only has one subcategory which is "Script & Data File Modifications" -- you can use this to place any GTA V scripts that you create after the scripthook SDK has been released! As more ways to modify GTA V are discovered (e.g. vehicle mods, which I'm sure everyone is waiting on!), we'll be adding more categories to suit.

Help my channel grow and I can explain to my wife why this addiction to coding is a good thing!

The site looks great! I just wish there was an option for different background images like there was on the old site for some time. I know that's not a priority as of now but it's just an idea.
