True but from what I heard..this dude is a convicted felon and isn't allowed to have firearms period even if it is for collecting. Posting on a forums (IMO) is kinda like people bragging about a murder or a heist.

Its here. And its wonderful that as a felon im allowed to collect these. I mean I would never ever bring them outside or shoot them I just collect them.

Yes I totally understand your point however, this is not considered a firearm, it is a blank firing pistol that can't be converted to fire live ammunition. It has a complete plugged barrel. And if a person were to try it the entire gun would explode in their hand. Also I like to consider myself a former felon, I am not committing crimes, but rather committed one past tense. When will this country get it right discrimination gets us nowhere. Whether black, white, ex con, or homeless person. This is the only country that posses high discrimination but yet speak values on opportunity, and being fair.

Thanks so much man. I am trying to do this but do it well within the law. I do in fact have a felon on my record however it was totally unjust, and I never actually meant to harm a person, but I have to accept it. I was accused of shooting a 10 year old kid in the back with an automatic  bb gun. But that another story. Thanks again man for your support.

Surprisingly, it is legal, even for a felon. However, you are not allowed to have it in public, concealed or not. If you are caught with it, you could face a sentencing of 5 years in prison.

From what I heard, it's legal to have it but you're banned from taking it outside and having it on you. Officers will treat it as if it was a real gun.
