Pretty sure he's not either.  We have these things called trials where you have a jury return a verdict - if they find him guilty of murdering people, that's when he becomes a killer.

That's irrelevant.  For all you know it could be that his older brother was controlling him, forcing him to go along with it, and he ran off when he got the chance?  You simply don't know.  People need to stop spreading shit and wishing death upon people.  Nobody is god and nobody knows the complete and full details of the situation.

I must admit that I am slightly confused over this situation because sites such as reddit and 4chan have images of people who are clearly carrying heavy items in backpacks and the 2 brothers dont appear to have heavy items in theirs.

 

How did the FBI come to come conclusion that the 2 brothers are the terrorists?

The CCTV footage I have seen doesn't show you them putting bags down.

Thats just the video that the FBI released showing the two suspects. They most likely did not release the video of them actually putting the bags down.

 

As well, all of the law enforcement departments involved have been told that taking the younger brother alive is imperative, as they need answers.

 

So far I've heard that there are 12 departments involved, as well as 9000-10000 officers and servicemen on the ground in the Boston area.

 

This manhunt won't last long, I guarantee it.

Note the "unarmed, nondangerous" bits. These guys seem to be neither.

Sam: You become a killer the moment you kill someone. There is no such thing as "innocent until proven guilty"; the phrase is "*presumed* innocent until proven guilty". There is a key distinction: whether or not you committed a crime is a fact about the world, and a court's ruling can't change that.

Not that I'm aware. That's the right question, though - it's not that he's certainly not a killer because he wasn't convicted, it's that we don't know for sure if he is a killer or not (and so shouldn't necessarily be describing him as a killer). He may well be a killer. Whether or not he killed someone, the felony murder rule would almost certainly mean he could be convicted of first degree murder (the other part of the difference - you can be convicted of first degree murder in the US without actually killing someone, just by committing some felony during the course of which someone dies; in that case, I wouldn't call you a "killer", even if you are a convicted murderer).

R.I.P to the MIT officer and also thought to a MBTA Transit officer who was aparantley badly injured during a pursuit with the suspects' stolen vehicle.

UPDATE: NYPD and other states agency are on scene with FBI, ATF, BPD and WPD. National Guard Black Hawks were seen landing near the staging area. Controlled Blast to occur in Cambridge, MA. MSP warned every one to stay in doors and not be alarmed by the Controlled Blast.

 

UPDATE 2: FBI are probing suspects Overseas travel and passports. Uncle of the fleeing suspect has urged suspect to Turn Himself IN. Even said that the family is "ASHAMED" to be related to both suspects. More than 12 Agencies involved. NYPD ESU was spotted with a F550 ESU Truck and another vehicle arriving at staging area earlier. Another State Police Agency's SWAT Team has also arrived. Constant flow of updates coming in. MSP has issued statement saying new leads have been provided. Watertown Police Chief thanks everyone for staying indoors and request that they continue to do so and request that they give the police more time. MSP issued the same statement as well. The Governor issued the exact same statement.

 

I will try to update everyone continuously even though I live in Singapore. I am watching FOX news to gather Info. it is 2.02am here but I believe the MSP can get the suspect alive.

I'm not enjoying it. I want this to be over and these guys caught. Whether they live or die isn't important. Catching them is and for the love of all that's holy I'm hoping it's just Boston and nowhere else.

EDIT: I was due to be in Mass last month, missed my flight but I'm now finding another way in. I just don't understand it at all, why attack Boston? Why attack a marathon?

Well the marathon is a World Famous one, ..one that people around the world were watching, its safe to say that they wanted to make a statement. and them still living 5 - 10 Miles away from the bombing shows that they either didnt think they would get spotted (which would be stupid for them to assume) OR They had more targets  they obviously had more pressure cooker bombs sooo

from the amount of explosives they found in there house, this wasnt going to be just one attack, I think they were going to many many different attacks... As the Boston bombing really didn't go there way....
