    ok.. im pretty sure (about 90%) the handling.ide file in the common folder (NOT TBOGT OR TLAD)  covers the regular cars and handling.ide's in TBOGT or TLAD Covers ONLY the cars that were added in the DLC's if you get what im saying.. just like when you edit visualsettings in the common folder it doesn't do anything to TBOGT or TLAD because they both have their own Visualsettings file
