I didn't hear it personally, but I saw a comment on another site that the Mass. State Police scanner confirmed the suspect at large is the bombing suspect in the white hat. Also, scanner reported pressure cooker bombs being thrown at officers during the pursuit.

Possible suspect running, Northbound Beacon Street. Unsure if on foot or in White Pickup

Yeah I just saw on my national news (Australia) that it had been reported that a bomber suspect was one arrested following the MIT incident. 

This is getting to be rediculous. I want to know how they got the first guy, i hope they make him give up his buddy, and im 98% sure they will.

They're putting a perimeter around an Apartment Complex appropriately called "Arsenal", about 300 yds from the Command Post. Waiting for a bearcat to arrive

Suspect #1 is confirmed dead. WCVB Says. 

Transit officer being shot was related to this, but he is in stable condition. Police instructed to maintain perimeter and wait until daylight. Upon then, they will do a house by house sweep. I'll get a couple hours of sleep and be back on to listen in again.

Was quite a shock when i heard about another officer shot.  I hope the transit officer has a speedy recovery.

Just heard on the News, Second Suspect in the Boston Bombings (who the police are looking for) is indetified as Dzhokhar A Tsarnaev (if i got that right) who apparently has been living in Cambridge Massacheusetts for the last year or so with his brother who died (Black Hatted Suspect)

and theyre both from Chechnya with "Military Training Possibly from Afghanistan or Pakinstan" thats just what i heard waking up there are like bus loads of State Police and convoys of Humvee's in Cambridge right now on my tv..  smh bad week for us

Scanners say a rocket and a tunnel were found in the basement they just searched, preparing to move out asap due to the suspect escaping into an industrial area

The last major report that was concerning is that the Suspect is boasting online stating that he "will kill you all like you killed his brother". They don't actually seem to know where he is right now but people have reported seeing a hooded male on a laptop on a porch of someones property.

 

I have checked the suspects social network profile that has been plasted over the internet and cannot see the posting of the above message so unsure if he has another somewhere else.
