does anyone knows how to make dual version of a car in zmodeler so that it will random spawn ingame?! that would help tremendously!

Do you mean to have a spotlight or push bar spawn randomly on a car? 

yep right like like you can see in bxbugs123 2011 CVPI with it's SLR Vision Bar.. if you spawn it couple times you will get a slicktop version after some tries as well.

You just have to name the object Extra_10. And if you want multiple items to spawn put them under a dummy named Extra_10. If that doesn't make sense, just open up the car you are talking about in OpenIV and look at the hierarchy, that's how I figured it out. Also, you can only have one dummy spawn at random, in other words you can't have a spotlight, pushbar, and lightbar spawn in thier own randomness. You have to have all of them spawn together at random.

I think what he means is different lighting systems spawn. Like maybe a beacon one time, dashlights another time and so on.

right... my thought was a beaconlight of a detectives car that is one time positioned on the dash and if you spawn it again it randomly will be positioned from the dash to the roof like it was put by hand out of the window on the roof

I'm no modeler, but I do believe that can be achieved. I've seen something similar on a couple other cars before.

I don't think that would be possible. 

well yeah looks like advanced developing ;) I will guys let you know if I find a solution for that :D

Maybe a more advanced modeler can help you on that one.

You could make it always have a dash light, and make the roof light randomly spawn as extra_10.

Yes, you can have it be on the dash randomly spawn the model again and have it on the roof.
