Make sure you have the version of ScriptHookDotNet.asi that comes with LCPDFR installed in the main GTA IV directory (NOT ScriptHookDotNet.dll - delete this if it exists).

BxBugs made the CVPI you posted, with New Liberty as the state.

The extras are mainly handled at the end of the vehicles.ide line for that vehicle as far as I know. Make sure the Futo has "ext_gang+ext_all+ext_strong" since these are the default flags.

This looks like the default control scheme. Are you sure you saved the file after changing the keys?

A rule violation - General Etiquette, but if you want to report something that you believe is against the rules, but you're not sure which one, just pick the one that makes the most sense. It just makes it easier for us to know what you are reporting when you choose what violation it is breaking. Sometimes people report something, but don't put any reason why they are reporting it, so it's hard to tell what the problem is. The report will still be looked into and any required action will still be taken.

LCPDFR requires the latest patch to run. It will not work on any older versions of the game.

When I had this problem, it was right after installing Watch_Dogs...when you say you verified the other games, was that through Steam or Uplay? Verifying through Uplay is what worked for me.

Yes, the extras are set up on the model. If you open the ELS menu in game and watch the lights flash on the model and in the menu, you can tell which lights are assigned to each extra (note that many lights may be assigned to one extra). The top part of the menu (warning lights) are extra 5 and 6. The middle part (primary lights) are 1, 2, 3, and 4. The bottom part (secondary lights) are 7, 8, and 9.

The first part of your post is great, and thank you for the appreciation, but I have to address the second part. Where exactly are you getting this information? We don't share who gets what punishment here. Pretty much everything you said is completely false. Warning points are not "given out like candy on halloween," you should see how much my inbox filled up since becoming a moderator a few months ago (mainly sent messages). I'm pretty sure this site hasn't used the multiple warning points system for a long time, it's either one point or nothing, so your story at the end there must either be made up or something that happened years ago (unlikely that someone got any type of infraction for using someone else's car in a picture, though).

The thing with pointless threads is that some people will say they all should be closed, and others would say they all should be left alone. There is no way to satisfy everyone. There used to be the random section, which I believe was moderated a lot more leniently than the other sections, but people complained about the website "going to shit" because of those types of threads. So Gen. & Misc. Discussion replaced it, where a topic must at least form some sort of discussion. Generally, those "pointless threads" only spawn posts such as "this thread is pointless," and there's really no place for that on this website.

The mod should be installed, that error is because the diagnostic tool can't find the installation. Very common error.

There is a post there that quotes an email from Bohemia Interactive saying that they are looking into it (about 3 or 4 pages in, I didn't go any further than that). So if something can be done, then they will take care of it.

OBS is mainly for streaming, but also records. You can just record a game without streaming.
