I see that you have other mods loading, try playing on a vanilla install as LCPDFR may not be compatible with third-party mods.

You have to complete the first mission, save the game, then press Alt-P to start the mod.

Everything Luke said. It will end up like every roleplay server set up for every game ever. 45% criminals, 45% cops, 10% everything else. People want to do things in video games that they might like to do IRL but cannot or find fun. Frankly, owning a business or working real estate isn't fun in a game. Plus most of the population will be people of a younger age, and there are not too many kids that say "I wanna be a real estate agent!" 75% of civilians will have firearms and 90% of criminals will have high-powered rifles, like every other RP server. Good luck finding a populated server with any houses available. Jail times will be so short that no one will care if they get arrested, and even if they are long there will probably be decent jail RP so it isn't really a deterrent to crime.

I'm guessing you are using a controller. By default, there is no control set for "UpdateCalloutState" in LCPDFR.ini for the controller, so it shows ~ instead. What you really need to press is Alt-E.

1) Run the Diagnostic Tool and check your installation. You can view the log after running it, and it is saved in your LCPDFR folder. 2) If you set this option, the random foot pursuits that GTA IV spawns will not count as pursuits in LCPDFR. 3) Prefer keyboard input I believe will disable the ability to use a controller for LCPDFR functions. 4) If you press F8, you will be given some pursuit options. Use the arrow keys and enter to navigate the menu.

Please upload the LCPDFR.log file as the error is not showing in the Diagnostic log. It could be a script error which a developer will have to fix, but in the meantime try setting this in LCPDFR.ini or through the Diagnostic Tool: PreloadAllModels=True Also, to temporarily fix this in game open the console (~) and type "reloadscripts", then start LCPDFR again. You can then use the console to "forceduty".

So Alt-P is doing anything in game? Your log file shows that you have been running 1.0d just fine, until an error occurs that might have to be fixed in the script itself, and isn't something you can fix.

Yes, of course I don't recommend using AdBlock. But if you want to contribute to the continuation of the community, and the ads are really that bothersome, then donate a reasonable amount and block them. Or don't donate, use Adblock, and contribute to the downfall of the community.

There are no benefits to donating, except contributing to the continuation of this community and making LSPDFR (or whatever name is decided on) more possible. You can just get Adblock though.

It's also not going to be fixed...it's a problem with antivirus software, not the mod.
