  1. Make sure you have ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi, and either dsound.dll or xlive.dll. Everything you need should be linked somewhere in here.
  2. Make sure you use the AdvancedHook.dll from LCPDFR and not ELS. The one with ELS is outdated. As for the game crashing to the desktop, I have no idea.
  3. For the first problem, make sure you press Tab to change menus in the QAM. I don't know about the second. The third (Braveheart) - you should be able to disable the resist arrest feature in the ini file for the mod, that should help with your issues. However, as SuperStumpje said, it won't work perfectly as it was made to work with .95.
  4. Disable your antivirus software before you download it.
  5. MODERATOR NOTICE Vehicle Modifications Showroom is meant for showing off mods that you created, not for sharing what mods you like. Moving to GTA IV Discussion & Media. You know you can just post a comment on the file to say this, right?

  9. He has a point - there's even more hypocrisy in saying doing things that are illegal is wrong, regardless of your reasoning; then saying you would beat someone up and flee (or whatever your "way" of avoiding getting arrested is). Since you also like definitions so much: o·pin·ion noun a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge. I'm pretty sure what Illusionary said about flags falls into this definition. I'm not going to bother arguing this further, but the point still stands that violence is not the answer. You can argue all you want, but I don't see the need to ever get physical over something a person says.
  10. So what you are saying is that if it was an American with that opinion, you wouldn't care? The Constitution gives Americans the rights that any human should have, just because our law only applies to us doesn't mean the general rights shouldn't apply to everyone.
  11. The US is built on freedom. That means you are free to have whatever opinion you want. By saying you are patriotic, then turning around and saying that you would beat someone up because you disagree with their opinion is hypocritical. "I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." You can think what you want of Illusionary and his opinion, but resorting to violence because of it should be completely unacceptable by anyone's standard.

  13. If you are going to beat someone up over an opinion they have then you are not someone I want representing my country.
  14. Antivirus software mistakenly detects LCPDFR as a virus because of the nature of the mod. It acts kind of like a virus in order to work, but is not harmful in anyway whatsoever.
  15. I don't plan to, I was just making an argument for that specific point, which is commonly used by conspiracy theorists and is easily dis-proven.
  16. You failed to read the entire article: Here's an example used in the article to make it easy for anyone to understand:
  17. And there's evidence refuting this as well (in my last post), but I fail to see any evidence of your own about any of your points.
  18. "Documentaries" are hardly proof. I trust physics to explain what happened a whole lot more: http://www.nmsr.org/nmsr911a.htm tl;dr - the force of the top floors falling was too much for the lower floors to handle, causing it to collapse onto itself floor by floor. This is also the reason it fell downwards and not on its side - had the top floors never caved in, the entire towers never would have fallen.
