You should be out of the game. Make sure you use the most recent Diagnostic Tool. It is called "LCPDFR Diagnostics Tool.exe" and is located in the LCPDFR folder.

I would like to be traffic. I don't know why, really, just appeals to me more than anything else since I like driving.

The actual tool is crashing, right? Make sure you use the one with the latest version of LCPDFR. The old version had this problem, but it has been fixed. You can download the manual installation of LCPDFR to get it.

If a folder named "LCPD First Response" exists, cut everything out of it and paste everything in the main GTA IV directory.

Whenever you add additional things in, that error usually pops up when you close the game. It can be ignored.

Remove any files with the .fr extension from your GTA IV directory.

Disable your anti-virus before downloading or installing the mod.

The error is with PoliceOrders, not LCPDFR. Remove that mod and it should work fine.

You most likely accidentally moved a dummy. Pull whatever equipment you attached to the base model out of the base model's hierarchy, re-import the base model, then put the equipment back in the hierarchy.

WRNL will only activate automatically on stage 3, there's nothing you can do to change that.

I thought I remembered seeing a topic about it before. I looked for it but somehow couldn't find it; apparently I'm just blind. I would merge it but I'm on my phone, and we all know how that may end up.
