  1. In regards to this problem, did you download the game or buy the discs? If you bought the discs, did it come with a separate disc for EFLC? If so, you must use that to play EFLC, not the GTA IV disc. If you downloaded it, did it come with two different .exe's? One might be in a GTA IV directory and be called "launchGTAIV.exe" and the other in an EFLC directory called "launchEFLC.exe"
  2. You can disable that in your notifications settings. I can assure you that having more likes/higher rep doesn't really matter in terms of being selected for the community team. It's like the way you said; quote from Sam himself: "We only consider people who have an undeniable passion for what we've got going on here, and the people that prove to us they can act maturely and considerately to others. I always think that the people who love the mod, love the site and love the way its grown over the past few years are the best candidates for the community team as you can always be sure their decisions will be made with the best interest of the site and mod in mind, not their own agendas." Sam's post
  3. Are you using Simple Native Trainer?
  4. They're one in the same...Abraxas made the vdH Police Helper (and is still making it).
  5. FCRP had (well the website still has it) a "Like" system, but the amount of "Likes" still show up on your profile. I consider the current "Rep" system here the same since it's only positive and no negative. The only real difference is that you can leave a comment with the rep. This is what a profile looks like, if you didn't know, on FCRP: Notice the "Likes" section, which shows all the posts that you have liked and your posts that have received likes.
  6. Didn't know that...I'll have to try that next time I play
  7. All of the installation instructions were posted above mine. I was further explaining where to find the added car in the trainer after installing it. Only if you have EFLC. This is the easiest way to add new vehicles to GTA IV: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=420911. Everything is explained there.
  8. The way I solve this is by spamming the E key until LCPDFR starts the "hands behind their head / 'Walk up behind the suspect to arrest him'" animation.
  9. I think you have to change the file in the vehshare.wtd in vehicles.img. The one with the police stuff on it. Problem is that the way it uses that texture makes it difficult to texture things nicely. I'm sure there's mods out there to help you, too.
  10. Just to clarify, you go to Car spawning -> last page -> added cars. It should be in there.
  11. Will commented on Abraxas's gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  12. By "get someone in lcpdfr mod," do you mean playing with someone in multiplayer? If so, then "pressing F10" (calling for backup) may cause the game to crash in multiplayer. LCPDFR is not currently optimized for multiplayer. Also, this:
  13. . I think your setup is good enough. As I've said in this topic before, I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 (2GB) video card, so the 660 ti will definitely suffice. The i7 and 8 gb RAM should be fine as well.
  14. I would like to have more cars with a setup like that as well. As much as I like to have a traffic adviser, I think having it like that is way cooler.
  15. In regards to multiplayer, take a look at There aren't any specific times or anything, just a few people get together on their own and play together. Other than that, keep an eye on the forums and download section for new mods. Also, there's which list some mods to use with LCPDFR. Be careful though, because a lot of mods are unstable/untested on multiplayer. Most importantly, have fun!
  16. Don't worry Harper, I'm sure someone will be willing to give you a free Alpha Lite code next week :p. Too bad it isn't the full thing...
  17. According to the website, it will be for pretty much everything. It doesn't show here, but that includes next gen consoles. http://watchdogs.ubi.com/watchdogs/en-us/home/index.aspx
  18. It's being made for PS4...so whether it lagged on a PS3 doesn't matter since the PS4 will be 10x better hardware-wise.
  19. Even more reason to buy it now while it's half-price!
  20. I knew there had to be more! Pretty sure Joseph James is another one....
  21. On a less-than-serious note, let us not forget who the master of multiple accounts was over on FCRP :P (Sam, James Anderson, Jessica, Terence Carter)
  22. Arma 3 Alpha will be released next Tuesday for $33 and includes access to the Alpha, Beta AND the full game when it's released! Seems like a good deal to me, since the Beta will be more money and the full game even more if you wait for them instead. http://www.arma3.com/news/plans-for-arma3-in-2013#.USz9aaXvt8E Price breakdown
  23. I have this quad in real life, but year 2010. Definitely downloading!
