Which one is better Abraxa's Police Helper or Vdh Police Helper?

They're one in the same...Abraxas made the vdH Police Helper (and is still making it).

They are the same thing.

Then why did some people categorize it as 2 different things? That's why I was confused, I thought it was the same thing but then after looking through some GTA IV website's and people's reviews i saw that some people stated that they were actually 2 different Police Helper Mods. So that's why I wanted to clear that up.

I should change my nick to make it clear :) vDH is just a prefix for all my mods to make it clear that they come from the same author.
