Collecting evidence

Woah..even after saying it wasn't possible, you managed to do it....Never cease to amaze Abraxas

 I can't find who suggested that feature, but yesterday I checked if I can make evidence collecting tool. Sadly, no. Weapons dropped by peds are "pickups" and there is no native function to get all pickups around. You can create one, but not "get" pickups created already by the game.
