  1. . I think your setup is good enough. As I've said in this topic before, I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 (2GB) video card, so the 660 ti will definitely suffice. The i7 and 8 gb RAM should be fine as well.
  2. I would like to have more cars with a setup like that as well. As much as I like to have a traffic adviser, I think having it like that is way cooler.
  3. In regards to multiplayer, take a look at There aren't any specific times or anything, just a few people get together on their own and play together. Other than that, keep an eye on the forums and download section for new mods. Also, there's which list some mods to use with LCPDFR. Be careful though, because a lot of mods are unstable/untested on multiplayer. Most importantly, have fun!
  4. Don't worry Harper, I'm sure someone will be willing to give you a free Alpha Lite code next week :p. Too bad it isn't the full thing...
  5. According to the website, it will be for pretty much everything. It doesn't show here, but that includes next gen consoles. http://watchdogs.ubi.com/watchdogs/en-us/home/index.aspx
  6. It's being made for PS4...so whether it lagged on a PS3 doesn't matter since the PS4 will be 10x better hardware-wise.
  7. Even more reason to buy it now while it's half-price!
  8. I knew there had to be more! Pretty sure Joseph James is another one....
  9. On a less-than-serious note, let us not forget who the master of multiple accounts was over on FCRP :P (Sam, James Anderson, Jessica, Terence Carter)
  10. Arma 3 Alpha will be released next Tuesday for $33 and includes access to the Alpha, Beta AND the full game when it's released! Seems like a good deal to me, since the Beta will be more money and the full game even more if you wait for them instead. http://www.arma3.com/news/plans-for-arma3-in-2013#.USz9aaXvt8E Price breakdown
  11. I have this quad in real life, but year 2010. Definitely downloading!
  12. has?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent> blue flashing reverse lights, not wig-wags though. reverse lights set to the wig wags, but do not alternate. They both blink at the same time. has reverse lights that flash but are not wig-wags. Those are the ones that I currently use with flashing reverse lights, as well as a charger (not wig-wags) that I don't have a link for.
  13. The NYPD are most likely the first people to respond if there is a terrorist attack or a violent riot in the city so I think they deserved to be heavily armed. And NYC is definitely one of the biggest targets for terrorists. Not sure about their traffic side of things, though.
  14. I liked the system on FCRP better. Same thing as liking a Facebook status, except for a post and it shows in your profile. Basically that's what we have here now since the negative rep option is gone, but you can't leave a comment with it.
  15. Just gonna come in here to say Yes. The real life NYSP cars are like that. Red, Blue, Yellow, Red, Red, Blue, Red, Red. They actually have a control that will only turn on the yellow light and one of the blue lights (I'm guessing the passenger side one) according to a post here, although I have never seen that in person. You can see the yellow light flashing clearly here (should link to the correct time). ((Side note: This is actually the area of NY I live in...About 5-10 minutes from where he stops the second person...partially the reason I posted that link))
  16. If they are ELS cars, open up the ELS.ini file in your GTA main directory (if you have ELS installed that is, if not, install it). Check under "[ POLICE ]" and "[ POLICE2 ]" that it says "Active = 1". Then, somewhere on top, check this line: "Ai_ELS_SP = 1". If it is set to "0" then ELS is deactivated for the AI (bots). Setting it to "1" activates it. Note that activating ELS lights on the AI may make the game crash even more that it already does.
  17. Well the nice thing with computers is the upgrade-ablility. You can always upgrade later. There really is no need for the second video card or overclocking for your first computer.
  18. Guys...it's a name...really gotta make a big deal out of it?
  19. Try not to hijack and bump topics. But you have to click "Save and Close" after you replace the file then click "Rebuild" then "Save." Then you can close SparkIV and play the game.
  20. Here's how to install SA:MP with the steam version: http://fcrp.lcpdfr.com/topic/801-using-samp-with-steam-gta-sa/
  21. You probably don't need two video cards...Of course, it's better with two, but I have read some things that say that having two could cause a drop in FPS.
  22. Try downloading this: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/pc/downloadclient Also by simply Googling "gta iv ws10", you get Rockstar's official support page with multiple solutions: http://support.rockstargames.com/entries/479465-ws10-error-in-gta-iv
  23. The noose cars had what looked like LEDs, but they still flash like halogens.
