  2. I had no idea that this existed.
  3. You should check which forum section we're in.

  5. Pressing "/" is an LCPDFR feature that allows you to only use the lights (with no siren). Lighting mode one and two turns them on in an LED type flashing pattern and lighting mode three turns them on the way they normally are in GTA IV. You will not be able to use the normal GTA IV siren. In my experience, people move out of the way better with lighting mode three.
  6. There's a parking lot in the city full of trailers with boats on them somewhere...but it's pretty easy to find them cruising on the highway going around the map. You can detach the boat from the trailer by tapping right on the D-Pad, and detach the actual trailer by holding right on the D-Pad, if I remember correctly (it could be that after detaching the boat, tapping right D-Pad again will detach the trailer). I don't think you can attach boats to the trailers - I've tried.
  7. I think what people are thinking of when they see "OS" (or Operating System) is something like Windows on a computer...I'm pretty sure they mean it's going to be something like the console operating systems. If you look at Big Picture mode on Steam, that's basically what I think it is, but it's going to be running on "SteamMachines" as they call them. It will be able to be downloaded and it is open source, but it isn't meant to be a replacement to Windows or MacOS or whatever on a computer. SteamOS is the operating system SteamMachines will be running on. You can stream games on your TV through your SteamMachine from your computer with your Steam client. The SteamMachines will be prebuilt by different manufacturers and will have multiple different setups. You can also change any of the hardware in it at any time you want.
  8. Not even every road in New York is the same width, let alone the whole country. The lanes on certain parts of the Taconic State Parkway are definitely a lot thinner than the lanes on the NYS Thruway. There might be a federal minimum, though. One major thing that makes the game "arcady" is being able to control the car while in the air and flip the car back onto its wheels while on the ground.
  9. They reappear. I've had the one event where a girl gets her money stolen, after taking it out of an ATM, by a man on a dirt bike like 5 times.
  10. I think you may be interpreting it wrong, they aren't saying that everything will be easily moddable, such as replacing vehicles and peds, and making new scripts. They're saying that the users will be able to create missions, stories, and game modes. They want people to be able to create missions like Rockstar, with certain events that are scripted and other things that lets the player choose what to do. Basically, just like what you said in your post, they want players to be able to create missions similar to the single player ones.
  11. Missions will be created by users for online...I wouldn't call that "moddable"

  13. I remember seeing this game during E3, looks pretty sweet. Also this is nice: "The team also had one last bit of positive information to share, specifically, that the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC versions of The Division are all being built from the ground up, ditching the increasingly common formula of developing for one/both consoles and then shipping a half-hearted PC port." 14. I still have never seen the marked Buffalo..
  15. Yeah, I found it at a hospital while I was driving around. I saw it and was like "Oh shit, there's that van I needed like 5 hours ago."
  16. Yes, the prices are with contracts since you usually need a contract to use the phone...(I know there's other ways, but most people just get contracts). According to Sprint, the iPhone 5C is $550 without a contract (way overpriced, but I think all phones are overpriced - the Galaxy S4 is $600). Advertised prices in the US for phones are almost always with a phone contract since they expect you to be buying the phone and using the phone through a phone company such as Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile. I think it's pretty much pointless to get a phone for it's actual price without having a phone contract. You can actually get the 5C for free from Sprint, as well as the 4S. Edit: Wait a second...so you people outside the US pay full price for iPhones? I got the 4S a year and a half ago for only $99...I would never spend $300 on a phone. Edit 2: Actually the 4S is $450 without a contract....
  17. The iPhone 5C is "crap" because it's meant to be a cheap version. That's why it's only $99. I'll stick with my 4S for as long as I can.
  18. After you complete the game, you get most of the outfits that you wear during the heists. The only exception I've noticed is the...(this could be considered a spoiler)
  19. I came across this, so I thought I'd bring this topic back up.
  20. Choice "C" saves all three. You still get the money from "The Big One," split among the three characters, Lester, and the crew. I don't know what happens with the money if you kill either one, but according to the OP you get Trevor's cut if you kill Trevor, but you don't get Michael's cut if you kill Michael. I would assume Michael's cut gets sent to his family.
  21. I would think they would go to the big garage in the city...Any character should be able to drive any vehicle, but I think only the character that owns the garage can access his garage (Trever can't access Michael's), so if it is in one of the other garages, you'll have to find a way to transfer it to the other character.
  22. It may be a problem with the model, but I'm not sure.
  23. They should have had people from the GTA modding communities make the police liveries, they would have been better.
