It could be because you don't have a lot of RAM, but I don't know.

If you are not running the game through Steam, then the Steam functions will not work. You need an external program to take screenshots, such as Fraps.

Do you have AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, and ScriptHookDotNet.asi? Did you move your GTA installation after installing? If so, you need to leave GTA where it was originally installed with the folder names you originally installed it with. It's best to leave it in the Rockstar Games folder since that's where most installers will try to auto-detect it.

I'd say desktop. They're usually cheaper and better all around. Building a PC is the best way to go, either by using something like cyberpowerpc.com where you pick the parts and they build it for you or by using pcpartpicker.com where you can find all the parts you want for the best price then build it yourself.

Right click on the game in your Steam library then click "Properties." Go to the "Local Files" tab and click "Verify Integrity of Game Cache..." This might overwrite some mods, I don't actually have the game on Steam so I don't know, but it should fix the launching issue. If not, I don't know what happened there... You may be able fix the lag by using a commandline.txt file. I haven't had to use one for a while, so I don't remember what's best to put in it, but searching the internets will help you with that.

I thought the issue could be that another script was using the object, but when PHelper tried to use it the other script discarded it. The only other script you have that would spawn objects is LCPDFR and PHelper is fully compatible with that, so I don't know what's causing the issue. What are your PC specs?

I've never heard of that before.... 3. Car arson is a very rare event, but if you patrol bad parts of the city eventually you'll see one. 4. That sounds like a GTA problem - GTA marks the car as destroyed so you can't enter it, even after being fixed by the script. 5. Never heard of that either, but you can change the key to spawn a cone in the settings (should be accessible through the actual PHelper in game or you can edit the .ini) so it doesn't interfere. 6. Teleportation is supposed to fix that - when the body/car is unreachable, they should teleport to the location. Make sure "Magic" is on in the Tow Service .ini

Usually, this error is caused by the script trying to use objects in game that are not there anymore. Abraxas has put multiple checks in the script to prevent that from happening, but sometimes it still does. What other script mods do you have?

My last name is "Peavey," pronounced like the letter "P" and the letter "V," hence the "pv" part of my username. A while ago, back when Deal or No Deal was a thing that people watched, I randomly chose case number 23 as the one I thought would have the $1 million in it. It didn't, but for some reason I stuck with the number 23. My first name is William (Will). I like the way it looks better with lowercase letters as a username, so I made it willpv23, but in my picture the "P" is capitalized so it lines up across the bottom.

You can't just put "," and "." to use those keys, you have to find out what you would need to use. I think the only things you can use the actual key for are letters, everything else is something different than the key. I don't know what the Indicator mod uses.
