Yes, in the M menu you should have an option where and how to spawn.

How is it not working exactly? You put LSPD:FR 0.47 manual and after RagePluginHook 1.78 into your GTA V folder. Then, you run RagePluginHook.exe from that folder and go through the first time setup. Then what happens?

Go into the Rage Settings -> Game Settings -> Command Line Switches. Look for "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11". Check it. (Make sure commandline.txt in your GTA V folder is empty.) Then, reinstall DirectX & restart your Computer after. If you use some kind of visual mod, delete it. Also, remove your GPU driver (nVidia or Radeon) and do a clean reinstall. That usually works. You may also wanna rename mods to _mods.

Seems to be PoliceSmartRadio conflicting with a ped situation. Does this happen every time you go on duty / play?

Remove UnitedCallouts.

Remove Interaction+.

Rename your mods folder to _mods. If you didn't use one or use LML, verify your game files and rename the LML folder to _LML.

Na, just rename f.ex _mods back to mods and then start the game. If it works, move on to the next folder. If it crashes, it's your mods folder.

You probably have a broken ELS .xml / car installed. Check which folder exactly is causing the crash and then narrow down the files.

Reinstall LSPD:FR 0.47 manual. After that, update RagePluginHook to version 1.78.

Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and change Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini to false.

You got a lot of high-poly cars installed?

If your mods folder is still _mods, verify your game files. If you are using LML, you have to deactivate that as well.

Albo's plugins are well known to decrease frames immensely. I recommend exchanging them with Bejo's.

If you have a mods folder, rename it to _mods. Same for ELS to _ELS and scripts to _scripts.

Exactly. This tells us if your mods folder crashes your game or if it's something else.

Rename your mods folder to _mods, then try again.

You can not change the controller keybindings for ELS. Just for the keyboard.
