You have a bunch of outdated plugins. Go through /PLugins/LSPDFR and remove the following: Arrest Manager; AssortedCallouts; CalloutManager; K9 Partner; APIExample; ProtectionSquad; redCallouts; SaferChasesRPH;

Rename mods to _mods. Seems like a vehicle caused the crash on your log.

Send your asiloader.log.

Are they EUP skins? If so, make sure you have EUP + the EUP LSPDFR configs installed.

Clean your folder. Nothing but GTA V vanilla files. Once that is done, install LSPD:FR 0.47 manual, then the latest RagePluginHook (1.78).

Never disable Windows Defender. Try cleaning your folder. That's always worked so far.

Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and change Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini to false.

Yeah, UltimateBackup has a bunch og .xml's which lets you configure which vehicles arrive with what backup.

If you are using ELS, turn of TrafficControl in the ELS.ini.

Rename your mods folder to _mods, then try starting RPH again.

It's not a RPH issue. It's user error. Something is blocking your game from launching.

Remove UnitedCallouts and Arrest Manager. RageNativeUI and Albo.Common belong to your GTA V folder, not /Plugins/LSPDFR.

If you have more than one GTA V folder, make sure you launch it from the correct one. Then, if you have GeForce Overlay, disable it.

First of all, reinstall LSPD:FR 0.47 manual. Then, update RagePluginHook to 1.78.

Please send your RagePluginHook.log.

Wrong file. Send your RagePluginHook.log in your GTA V Folder. NOT /logs!

Can you send your .asiloader.log? Also, remove OpenIV.asi; restart your PC, then reinstall it via OpenIV.

It's where you installed the game. If you do not know where that is, search for GTA5 or GTA5.exe on your PC. Where ever that executeable file is, you will find the rest of your game files.

Remove all of ComputerPlus. That includes the folder in /Plugins/LSPDFR.

You have to update .NET 4.6.2 to .NET 4.7.2.

They are not essential, not anymore. That list is old and outdated, it even still has Computer+ on it, despite that barely working with LSPD:FR 0.3. Remove them.

You put RPH into your OneDrive synced Documents folder. it has to be installed into your game folder.
