Is the car ELS? If so, go into the .xml of the car located at GTA/ELS/Pack_default and set the extras to ELSControlled = False instead of True. Which extra is which can be tested via a Trainer or the LSPD:FR garage. If you are using EUP, did you install the LSPD:FR EUP Configs?

Rename mods to _mods.

Just send a new log when you crash. Should be easy to sort out.

Then, reinstall LSPDFR 0.4 manual and RagePluginHook after.

Don't ever disable your Antivirus. Try and not load any Plugins on startup.

Clean your GTA V folder. Once that's done, add your GTA V folder to your Antivirus exceptions and restart.

Please send your RagePluginHook.log.

Just the basic GTA V. The other Editions are for Online, which LSPD:FR is not.

Reinstall LSPD:FR 0.47 manual.

Open commandline.txt and remove everything in it, then save & close.

Walk up to a car you stopped and they shall show up.
