Open it with 7Zip; Choose your NEW Traffic Plus+ Extension -> Choose "TP + Misc (Vanilla + real life vehicles in traffic)" -> Traffic Plus + Misc -> popgroups.ymt. Drop that file into Mods/Update/Update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5. You're done.

Make sure you remove the old keys.ini before putting your modified one in.

It should create its own DLCpack then. Go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and see if you can find it, then remove it from there. Next go to mods/update/update.rpf/Common/data, right click DLClist.xml -> Edit. Remove the DLCpack from the bottom, then save it.

Is the .ytd the bigger size? If yes, you can resize the textures.

Did you disable the preload in the LSPDFR.ini? If not, set the first line to false. Did you also recently install any car packs with the model size above 16MB?

Same folder, just not mods. 🙂 If you used Patchday22ng, just remove them from there.
