  1. I can't be annoyed anymore. No matter what. Nothing changes. I will focus on lcpdfr for now.
  2. Thanks so much for this idea. I have reinstalled everything again. No success unfortunately. I have disabled the xbox bar no problem, not sure about the geforce experience thing, I had not much time recently to play around with V. So far no success, still the same thing happening..
  3. thanks for your continued support. i threw in the vice city mod earlier, to see if i get it working, and it does. i can fly over and everyting works fine. so ist not a clean install anymore, but i think i will Keep it at that. my internet Connection is not glorious, and i have done more then one complete reinstall attempts, also the Problem was there all the time, so it wasnt this mod. but since i have Nothing to loose, pls see my latest report. who knows, Maybe somebody spots something. thanks in advance
  4. Appreciate what you're saying, thanks. But I had nothing installed. Just clean V and then lspdfr. I did it again, threw in the files with the manual installation afterwards and....... Crash boom bang, as usual. Nothing has changed. Could be pc related as much as anything. Its an old rig anyway, but so far it has not given me any grief. Appreciate anyone's help on this.. We stick to the Streets of NY for now. Things are looking good there in terms of the 80s NY project, so let's see..
  5. Still no luck. Lcpdfr runs better then this, it took me a lot of effort and I am amazed how much tinkering gta 4/lcpdfr requires before it runs satisfactory. Crashes very rarely now and if it does, it's not related to lcpdfr. No such luck with lspdfr. I have tried a few reinstallments, not so great of a solution because it takes for ever, and pretty much everything else I came across so far. It's a shame because V on its own seems a much more stable platform.
  6. Tried mod folder, tried editing the lspdfr ini file, still the same. It crashes very single time, no matter what. Anything else I can do?
  7. Thanks to you both. I don't have a mod folder, and also I have tried to start gta V first, then rage afterwards. Same result unfortunately, the rage plugin will crash. I don't have anything else installed apart from lspdfr.
  8. Thanks for your help. Yes I have installed it fresh, then installed lspdfr afterwards. No other mods involved. I have set the timeout threshold to 60000. I went through all the sub folders inside the gta folder and made sure they have full access permissions. I have tried to start rage in window and normal mode, all kind of forced settings, as administrator as well.. Still crashes every time.
  9. Thanks for your reply. Yes I have followed a tutorial on YouTube. I have tried in window mode, same result. I have also tried forced direct x 11 as someone suggested, no luck yet.
  10. Hi all, really enjoy lcpdfr, but i had to move on 🙂 i am struggling with the Rage Plugin constantly crashing on me. i dont have modded anything on GTA 5, only lspdfr is installed. Rage plugin loads ok when i diasble direct x hook, it also crashed when i start gta 5 first and then load the rage plugin afterwards. many thanks for your help guys -
  11. Sorted, thanks for all the support.
  12. Anyone? Any idea? I understand there seem to bee limitations with the complete edition of gta 4,and I can live with limitations regarding lcpdfr, but it would be nice without the crashes. As long as I don't press alt+p, it has not crashed at all.
  13. Partly solved. I deleted one file, since then it is running perfectly, but still random crashes, but not like after 30 seconds. I can drive around, do a few arrests etc, all good. It will crash eventually at some stage, but not like before. I am still learning about lcpdfr.
  14. please find attached the latest LCPDFR Log extract. according to the diagnostic tool, i have an invalid scripthook.net asi. (the file is from 2020). the scripthook.net asi file from 2012, froman older version, seems to work. the Status bar in the Diagnostic tool changes to green, but still all i get is ctd as a result. any help appreciated big time
