Pretty sure LCPDFR did something with the phone mechanic and because of that it won't work. Same thing happens with taxis, you can't hail those either when LCPDFR is installed because of something with pulling over vehicles. As far as spawning weapons and stuff goes, you're probably better off using a trainer.

Nope, that's base GTA. Regular patrol cars give you a shotgun, Grangers a carbine rifle and some other vehicles give you other stuff but I can't remember what.

Are you sure you didn't get that carbine rifle from a Granger? Getting into one gives you one.

-The police computer is mapped to the same button as the horn/siren (I think, not 100% sure as I use a controller) so perhaps changing the horn key works, but don't quote me on that. -The development team (AKA Sam and LMS) is indeed closed, so I'm afraid there's not much you can do to help development.

Are you sure that's not because you're using the wrong shirt with the wrong patches? Short sleeves are only supposed to have the 2 stripes, long sleeves are only supposed to have the stripes with the diamond or star underneath it. And yes, that's about the best description of those things you'll get from me :)

Keeping TS up generally has less priority than keeping the site up. I'm sure it'll be back, but only Cyan knows when and he probably won't say it.

You are currently in the Members (New) group. Once you reach 10 posts (think it's 10) you're moved over to the regular members group and you'll be able to change it by clicking the down arrow next to your name in the top right of the page, selecting Edit Profile and changing it in the menu that opens.

It's just police4 spawning in white with a highway patrol cop in it. Change police4 and it should work.

Well, the poor driving skills of the AI is hardcoded into the game, so there isn't a lot to do about it apart from giving them some space to pass you and hope for the best. It may change later though.

I'm pretty sure you can't add cars to LSPDFR. Not sure about the trainer though, you'll have to check the readme for that.

Are you talking about GTA IV or GTA V now? I know there is a lighting mod that changes a few settings in V that causes the indicators to light up but I'm pretty sure there is no way to have it on all cars in IV, only the player car trough the trainer or the indicator mod. EDIT: nevermind, just try LukeD's solution :)
