Latest version is 0.3.1, updates on future versions will probably come out when the devs feel like giving out updates.

The older versions are indeed no longer available. The download button will always only show the available versions, no matter how many old versions the changelog might show.

That's a minor bug, just ignore it.

Well, if they aren't in the back you stand next to their door and drag them out, but there currently isn't a polite, civilized way to get them out.

So many issues could be avoided by people simply reading things before clicking them away. Windows update days always caused fun stuff on my old high school, as quite a few teachers would either ignore/not notice the "restarting in 15 minutes" message, continuously hit "remind me in x amount of time" (and generally not picking the longest amount of time so it popped up again after 30 minutes or so) or accidentally click "restart now". At least my mum now reads stuff when installing things, which has led to me not needing to unfuck things quite as often as it used to be.

Actually, it is possible to stream from a different PC than the one you're playing on (not sure how though) so I'm guessing that's what he was doing too. The PC he was playing on restarted, the one running the stream did not.

For removing them from LSPDFR backup, you simply have to remove the vehicle sets for it in backup.xml (in the LSPDFR folder in your main GTA directory). As for stopping them from spawning in general, I'm not quite sure. There could just be a file somewhere that controls it, but considering they also spawn on set locations on the side of highways it could very well be you need to edit a bunch of files.

That's not currently possible as far as I know. You'll just have to continue spamming X :(

I don't think it's possible to turn them off, they appear to work the same as for example the orange marker lights on most trucks and buses in the game, they are on then the engine is on, and off when the engine is off.

Use a trainer that allows you set your voice, and select a cop voice. EDIT: spent some time in Photoshop with My EUP, and discovered the NOOSE SEP ID card thingy is missing. Guessing it got left out by accident?

I'm not sure we'll ever find out, I've never heard of what happened the people involved in the Amsterdam "prank", and I would imagine this being the same, especially as they rarely make an example out of anything.

Someone tried the same thing in Amsterdam a month ago (give or take a few weeks). Didn't go too well either. I don't understand some people. Probably don't want to either. I'm pretty sure there is some law that can at least be used against them, and even if they don't get charged I wouldn't be surprised if they get the bill of the emergency response, which will probably be quite a lot.

This. It won't work if the folder is called something else, so you need to rename the folder you want to play on to 'Grand Theft Auto V'.

It has already been stated before the military won't be added to LSPDFR itself. Of course, plugin developers can still give it a go. Yes, 0.4. Unless another fix or minor update is needed for whatever reason, the next release will logically be 0.4. Now, before anyone starts asking when that'll be, I don't know. In fact, I don't even know the current development status. The only ones who currently know anything about future updates are the devs, and they won't tell anyone unless they feel like it.

I'm almost certain local air support doesn't actually shoot at suspects in the first place, only NOOSE air support does, so I'm not entirely sure why this would be needed.

LSPDFR does not actually use any officer name, and never has. Those are from external plugins. LCPDFR did use to have a system that would either let you set your name in the config file, or by linking it to your forum account, but that link system got shut down somewhere last year so only the config file option still works.
