Hello im new to this and i think i am doing something wrong. the first thing is im trying to find out where i go to look for a certain police texture which "puerto rico police skin or textures" which i know there is one, because there is a youtube video on it, so when i want to find lets say city of orlando police where do i go to type in that information, i had gone up to the top right corner where there is a small search bar and tried even changing the options there but still not working, all i really want is to download all florida police car mods and skins, i love tahoes and k9 vehicles..PLEASE HELP

There are a lot more skins out there that people release. Try searching by keywords like "Florida Skins" on the upper right search bar and it would narrow down your search to exactly what you are looking for.

Now for the car models, There are plenty out there. I cant link you to a model but my suggestion would be to look for a model that closely resembles the agency you are trying to Roleplay. I recommend any of Cj24's models here at lcpdfr or gfxle's models over at gtapolicemods.com. Both release great quality models and low poly, great on frame rate, less game crashing vehicles. You can also try gta-modding-chest.com for more cars.

Also take your time searching. You'll be amazed by the amount of stuff you'd find if you take your time.

Thanks alot i appreciate it. yea im new to this, my concern is when i get the mods i want, i want to lear how to control the FPS i guess..i see alot of cars here with there lightbar flashing at a fast speed and i hate that it doesnt look realistic, i heard there is a way to slow down the rate by lowering something, i guess a setting, and i also wanted to know how i can get reall cool flashing patterns on the lightbars..i mean i have alot to learn, and how to add more lights to the cars as well can you let me know where to go

To add more lights to a car, you'll need an unlocked model, unlocked lights and lightbars, and Zmodeler. then you'll need to follow this link.

I know there is a way to slow down the lights but I don't know how to do it. I was something to do with ELS.ini but I dont know what it was. I know that the better your fps is the faster it flashes.

KPD OFFICER by chance do you have the CIty of Orlando Police link to download the skins, i think there is an Impala, crown victoria and a pickup but i dont remember if it was a chevy or a dodge
