Any updates on the caprice?

Sorry for the late reply, I've been busy lately and haven't been following the thread as much again.

 

I'm going away for a week or two so the Caprice release has to be delayed again, It'll most probably be released in January 2013. The reason for it taking so long is because we're trying to get it as accurate as possible, that meant some editing of the rear body because Squir's model was somewhat inaccurate.

 

I'm sure one of us will be doing requests but I doubt it'd be me, I'm always busy working on random models and then I eventually get bored of them. Cj24 and Aznairsoftdude will probably help you folks out with requests if there are.

Can we get an update on the Caprice?

I know these guys are working on the final touches for the Caprice.  So not too much longer, but I don't think you'll get a hard date from them.  However, I've seen side by side comparisons of this model with the other models already released and it is night and day difference.  Well worth the wait and I don't even like the Chevy Caprice!

Its pretty much done, I just need to edit a bit of the interior and a few other things. I'll probably let it be released over the weekend or so, I'm very busy with school during the week.

Apologies for bumping this thread but the Caprice is finished.

 

The first release of the Caprice is the PAPD version, I'm still not sure if its one of their demo vehicles but anyhow, you can download it below:

That looks epic Kevin! would love to see a setina bar & welan liberty bar on it.   btw is there any eta on the wrecker?

Hey Kevin, now that I've tried it out in game, I've noticed an issue with the mapping. On the roof, I had a unit number. In game, the front half of the number did a 180 on the other side, replacing the second half of the unit number. Here's a pic:
