While he could've worded it better, he's not saying all black people are doing this, but that in all cases of people playing the knockout game, the perpetrators were black, therefore it is logical to draw the conclusion that a majority of perpetrators playing this racist "game" would be black. That's a statistic. Had this been all white youth doing this to black people, then this would be screamed about in the national media, specifically the white on black racist violence (Remember "White-Hispanic" being constantly repeated?). Calling me racist for pointing this out is an illogical ad hominem statement that fails to disprove what I said.

Both state highway patrols in my area (Kansas and Missouri) have near completely switched to the new charger, and I haven't seen a cvpi from either agency in nearly a year. City PD's still have CVPI's, with about half in my area buying just Explorers and half buying both the Explorer and Taurus, but there are still mostly CVPIs. One agency started replacing almost all CVPI's with the previous gen charger in 2006, and now has some Tahoes, but is switching to the new charger (There's 1 cvpi K9 unit). County sheriff's office stocked up on CVPI's and has been buying more Tahoes recently for specialized units (K9, Traffic, etc).

A thread such as this is fine, but it can not turn into a recruiting drive. I used to have the same issue. Inside ELS.ini, there is a setting called "Els_Range_Ai". This makes any ELS enabled vehicle be deleted after the distance set in meters. Raise it to a level your PC can support (mine is at 600) and you should no longer have issues with despawning backup

Expanding on earlier, models are no longer allowed to be uploaded unless you edited the actual model. For what you need, put your own username (something like "me" isn't acceptable) in the credits, and especially put Cj24's name in the credits because he created the original textures. It would look something like this: Credits: Cj24- original textures GummyBearqc- Texture edits

Being that it is Halloween, I figured it would be nice for us to have a thread for creepy/supernatural events that happened to us. I'll start off. When I was 10, I was helping with my Grandma at a garage sale of a recently passed away friend of hers. At about 1 in the afternoon, I went inside to get a drink, when I heard footsteps upstairs. However, I was the only one inside the house, and everyone else was in the garage. I instantly got a creepy sensation, and sprinted outside immediately after I set my drink down. People started commenting on hearing footsteps upstairs, and after we confirmed everyone that was supposed to be there was in the garage, another volunteer there and I checked the house. We found no one. Other things that have happened in my family include my parents seeing a spirit in a hotel room on their wedding night and my great grandmother who I never knew appearing in a Christmas photo of my mom and my uncle despite being dead for several years.

That was pretty good, especially since 27's are harder to get a good grip with since its primarily a concealed carry gun, plus the .40 has more kick than a 9 or a .45.
