hello there racer okay so the first question is did you add anything right before the crashes started? i'm guessing you've been playing awhile and this just happened suddenly? so im guessing you should backtrack and see what was installed and try to reverse it. what i would do first is delete that oldsession.fr. anytime i have a crash or something is screwed up, i delete that first just as a hopeful quick fix..because sometimes it does the code you gave is kind of a generic code that really doesn't direct in any specific direction for a problem. so what we do is just check your logs and i searched the web and most people have attached this problem with els. so i'm guessing maybe you upgraded ELS recently? if so, you may need to downgrade just to see if that fixes the problem. okay so maybe give those things a try first before you do anything else. make sure before you do anything make a back up copy of your gta iv folder so that you aren't screwed if something goes wrong. also here is a link i found that has the most detailed help i could find. good luck man and lemme know how things go

this is quickly becoming one of the most anticipated scripts in some time and its drivin me crazy. for those of us that played LCPDFR, the boat patrols were hideous, slow, and few and far between. i've been waiting almost two years to actually patrol the waters properly. even this takes til christmas, its gonna be an epic release. i'm gonna predict 3,000 downloads the first day. i hope everybody gets behind this and helps promote it. now my ideas more or less mimick the other suggestions. but i did have one weird one. since the ocean is gonna be so big and some callouts might be far off shore, is there anyway to put an island out there with a police station on it? so we dont have to drive back to shore to drop someone off?

i agree with everyone else up there. a good person to watch is Albo1125 or Finkone. they have very detailed videos that can help. please start small with just the lspdfr mod. make sure it works fine and that you can go on duty. drive around a little bit and make sure you are getting callouts. my suggestion would be to learn one thing at a time. for instance, learn how to install cars and textures, etc before you start installing scripts or vice-versa. if you try to do everything at once, it can be extremely frustrating. make sure, and we've said this literally a million times, make a back copy of your game before you do anything. complete re-installs suck to do after all the hard work you've put into your game. once you get your lspdfr installed and working properly, you are free to message me and i can guide you in the next step. good luck :)
