okay now ya know LCPDFR is buggy to begin with, so what we gotta do is tweak it so that it runs good for you. i would set all water textures and any setting that isn't important to your game to low. i would also install non els ambulances and fire trucks. in your lcpdfr.ini you can limit the number of police cars that can respond to a scene and also limit the number of AI events. remember, the more ELS cars on the screen or in the area, the more apt your game is to crash. if you pass a car with its lights on, turn them off or blow it up lol. i had the majority of those mods you have installed also, but i remember uninstalling turn tire because it never worked right for me. but that could have just been my game. the best thing you can do other than those things up there is start with a vanilla copy of GTA IV with LCPDFR. then add one script at a time and see how it reacts. also remember, sometimes those Old Sessions can keep causing crashes. delete that so you can start a fresh game. lemme know what happens :)
