There is "12" version released on BPM that have these same specific wheels... not saying this is the actual model James2012 converted from NFS or Forza, however the model that James released (the unlocked model that I have), and the model Voodoobie crew has isn't all that different from the original creators model. So they will get mistaken from one model to another... -

The exotic dancers (ok, strippers) on the 8 mile gentlemens clubs corridor (Coliseum, Tycoons, KoD, etc..) tried to give me the most gifts, however I couldn't except them. ;) Other than that, the wifey got me my favorite colognes (Gucci, Prada, etc...).

ALPR/ANPR systems aren't Federally illegal in the United States, nor at the State or local level for that fact... unless your State has passed legislation on banning these systems for one reason or another. One reason, the most likely reason, would be to avoid potentially costly civil litigation cases dealing with privacy rights. By the way, which department do you work for if you don't mind me asking?

It would also be nice to deactivate or reduce police and police2 slots from spawning so many cruisers every minute... no need to see 2-4 police cruisers at every turn.

That "leaf-looking item" isn't a leaf... It's actually an older rendition of the Phoenix rising from the flames (Resurgens), and the city seal. I should know, I worked for them years ago before returning to Michigan.

Try extracting the file directly to your desktop... Should look something like this... C:UsersCMontanaDesktopF-150_V1%2e0 (CMontana would be Henry in your case).

The file is not corrupted... I just tested it and it works fine. Please check your own setting first, and maybe contact EVI by pm to see if he has an answer for you.

The taillights shouldn't be your problem, you can easily adjust those within the enbsettings.ini under Lights 5 and Lights 6. The problem I'm assuming is the reverse lights (backup assist lighting) that's you're having issues with... like most of us who use ENB/ICE mods. The only solution that I know of at this time is turning off bloom within the enbsettings.ini, however that defeats the purpose of achieving that effect with other lighting that looks "nice". I think a simple script of disabling the reverse lights would be nice...
