    @police delete the commandline.txt if you're using it, and edit the enbseries.ini file and change forcenvidiacaps and forcenvidiacards to false.

    This mod is a mixture of ENB, ICE, Photorealistic 8, Illumination Enhancement and some other personal tweaks. 100% of the credit goes to the original authors/creators of the original mods, I'm just the nut (no pun intended) who put them together, with certain tweaks. Lastly, I will not support this mod, because there are way too many computer hardware/software configurations to isolate a particular problem that may occur during or after installation. FYI: I would advised not using this mod if you are unfamiliar with adding ENB/ICE mods and your computer is barely running GTA 4 in its original stock form. This mod has been tested by others, with very little failure. Also included with this mod is a custom 07 Charger with HG2 runners I commissioned from BxBug's earlier this year, which he and I shared through download links and pm's.
