The K-9 markings are only texture based on the liveries, and the MSP final cut livery package has no "K-9" markings at all. So, download BxBug's MSP model and the MSP final cut livery package... lastly swap-out the liveries, and you should be fine.

Usually a simple re-tint of the windows works better than figuring out which ENB/ICE mod works best. I tend to scale back EVI's window tints by 25%-35% within CS6 depending on the original tints clarity. If a window template is available, I usually scale/re-tint a certain area where the ELS modules are visible. If you would like, I have the re-tinted textures for the models listed in this thread - just pm on them.

Personally I use OpenIV, and yes to the last part of your question. Also, I have never gone over three (3) additional livery adds, if the .WTD file already contains two (2) liveries.

FYI: I have added extra police liveries when the .WTD file only included one (1) or two (2) to begin with. Example; the first one maybe named police_sign01 and the last being police_sign02... so I would just add/import new ones named police_sign03, police_sign04 and so on. Works perfectly for me, without any assistance from SNT or any other trainer.

GFX can be a abbreviation for anything, even a generic PC term for a graphics card. Anyhow, are you looking to have a livery or ped skin made? A little more detail would help... most members require a little more info than a "Skype or pm me on the info deal".

This is the final updated Michigan State Police livery package containing various vehicle styles that MSP uses. From the normal "Blue Goose" units to the semi-marked DUI and Narcotics units. Just doing that, has never worked for me , only Feroci2 and Stretch work that way as you mentioned. However, I know there is Custo way of achieving this, but that's more of a hack, without proper environment lighting. So, if I slot a ELS enabled emergency vehicle within a normal civilian vehicle slot (say, Comet), that vehicle will be ELS ready and have pullover/takedown capabilities like a normal police cruiser - correct? I was under the impression that anything outside of police, police2, fbi, noose, polpatriot, nstockade, pstockade, police3, police4, policeb, ambulance and fire truck (err, firetruk), would not allow takedowns/pullovers, because it was hardcoded for only those slots.

Honestly, Win 8 Pro is very good for those willing to work with the new interface(s) and apps. Performance wise, it's a very stable OS and is quite efficient with background task/resources compared to my Win 7 system.
