    The police mod can be found on youtube and a civilian model here: http://www.gtagaming...hicle-mods/5766 I had the civilian model for quite some time now... found the police version today.

    I'm using a custom version I created between "iCEnhancer 1.35 final" and "Photorealistic 8" all maxed setting with super-sampled resolution. The compressed pictures doesn't do it justices...
