- ENB For Lower End Computers?
You can adjust the ELS-Emissive visual setting lines as seen below (bold) within the visualssettings.dat file. Higher values equal greater light intensity. Anything between 100-200 should be fine with most ENB/ICE mods. # Other emissive lights car.defaultlight.emissive.on 220.00 car.defaultlight.emissive.off 0.05 car.brakelight.emissive.on 20.00 car.brakelight.emissive.off 0.05 car.middlebrakelight.emissive.on 20.00 car.middlebrakelight.emissive.off 0.05 car.reversinglight.emissive.on 20.00 car.reversinglight.emissive.off 0.10 car.extralight.emissive.on 220.00 car.extralight.emissive.off 0.05- new watch dogs gameplay
I seen the demo played during Sony's live-stream conference for the PS4. http://www.youtube.com/user/PlayStation?feature=watch IMHO, graphically and A.I. wise GTA 5 looks somewhat dated compared to Watch Dog's.- Automatic Plate Reader Script
Hello Kit, I love your mod, but can't really use it. The mod words are jumbled on my screen, because I use a high resolution ENB mod. Can you add a resolution restriction within your mod of 1920x1080 or 1920x1200. You can find these type of restrictions within Abraxas police helper, ELS, and a few other mods. This would help us high-end ENB users out. Thanks!- 105 comments

- Where would you like a new GTA be located?
Detroit a.k.a. The Motor City a.k.a. Motown, or Chicago a.k.a. The Windy City a.k.a. Chi-Town. A roaring 20's theme or post Vietnam War theme would be nice.- Fewer Micro Uzis in traffic stops
Funny thing, I'm working on 2 Troy skins for a buddy over there. I'll send them your way next week.- Automatic Plate Reader Script

That's not entirely true. It depends on the city, gang culture, drug culture, and economics standing. Take Detroit as an example; one month alone DPD has confiscated 171 Assault Weapons (32% of them from felony stops), and our neighboring suburbs PDs are seeing more and more Assault Weapons popping up in vehicle stops. However, I can agree with you that most officers will most likely be harmed/ambushed by hand guns, rather than Assault Weapon during stops... but there are still cases/deaths of officers losing their lives during stops by Assault Weapons. By the way, what is your definition of a "real criminal"? First time I ever heard of that...- Starting the Police Academy
As long as your doing something bud, remember "stamina/endurance" should be the focus of what exercises you should do. Running is definitely a good starting point, also add hills or steep inclines into the mix. I thank SGT. Rosser of ATL PD Academy for instilling this into me... anyhow, eat healthy with regular exercise, you should be fine. @ninkanji - sure. Lol- Starting the Police Academy
Even so, PT is a necessity in my book and should be yours. Physical training should be a lifestyle for all law enforcement officers... not a temporary requirement on passing the Academy. Not saying you wouldn't - just some friendly advice. Me personally, I PT 4 times a week, twice a day (upper body in the morning, lower body at night), 2hrs per session. I eat properly (98% of the time), and avoid fried foods with a passion. These are some of my workout products... not saying you should take them all, if any, just a example of me pushing myself. Just remember too eat lots of grilled vegetables, grilled chicken, lots of rice, fruits, and have 3 decent protein shakes a day, between meals. You don't have to cut out all the sugar based products (somewhat unavoidable)- just try to consume more complex ones. Congratulations once again!- Fathers?
Thank you all.- Fathers?
Just wondering are there any fathers in here? How does it feel being one? That moment knowing you have to raise someone with your same characteristics (attitude, personality, etc...) I will be a father in June, the 9th is the expected due date... a baby boy, my first child. The Mrs. and I can't wait... :)- flatbed with car
I guess you're SOL on that. Maybe someone will create a script on doing so... until then, you're going to have use the current tools that are available.- flatbed with car
Just spawn your vehicle with SNT or find the tow-truck and use the key's/commands allotted with the towing script linked in my first post.- flatbed with car
There is no Tow role-playing script as far as I know. The script linked by Michael is a script for having vehicles towed away by A.I. drivers. So you're limited in that... however, SNT and possibly this mod http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=409579&st=0 may get you close enough.- Starting the Police Academy
Congratulations! Ten Academy Rules. 1. Always address your ATO's properly and with respect. Sir / Ma'am... 2. PT (Physical Training) is crucial... during and after the Academy. Always strive to do better every PT session. And don't wait for the Academy PT sessions, do them also during downtime periods. 3. Never be afraid of asking questions... especially ones you don't fully understand. 4. Do not bring your bad habits (behavior too) into the Academy. The first 2-3 months of Academy life is weeding out Cadets with poor habits (attitudes, hygiene issues, poor grooming of facial hair and hairstyles, etc..). 5. "IF" a group captain or leader is assigned, then they are the first point of contact for any problems that may occur and the first step in building/teaching/understanding the CoC (Chain of Command) procedures. 6. DO NOT EVER BREAK THE CHAIN OF COMMAND!!! Especially during Academy life. 7. Your stress levels will be at its highest during academy life. You're going to want to scream, break things, punch some folks (ATO's especially)... but don't, please don't. Take that anger and frustration and turn it into positive energy towards PT or SD/TT. 8. The mind is stronger than your physical being - remember that. It's all a mind game... 9. Start disassociating yourself from people(s) and place(s) that may be deemed as seedy or inappropriate. 10. Always pray if you believe in GOD... if not, meditate and focus on the goal at hand. Being the best person you can be. I see that you're a Correctional Officer and you probably know these things already... however, it never hurts to be reminded of them. :) Later Bro...- sheriff sullivan county
