Definitely looking a lot better than the other ones.

GTA V
It doesn't replace any sound files. It plays them from the LCPDFR folder. If you wanted to add a Taser sound without using LCPDFR, you'd need to replace one of the original weapon sounds with it.

GTA V
Yes and no. The Taser will work without LCPDFR, although it won't be quite as good without it. You won't get the Taser sound etc.

Certain UK Subway locations only offering Halal meat, removing ham and bacon
This is the real crime here. The fact that religion is mentioned in law in the 21st century disturbs me. In a modern, civilised society, there should not be exemptions from any law on religious grounds I don't have a problem with some Subway stores choosing to change their menus. As far as I know that decision will be made by the individual store as they are franchises and if that's what they think is best for their business then so be it. Its worth noting that there are 2000+ subway stores in the UK, so this is actually quite a small minority which are changing their menus. Indeed, none of the stores in Edinburgh or Stirling, places near me, are 'Halal Stores' according to Subway's website, and only one in Glasgow is, so I don't think there's any problem there.

Ha can anyone explain this?
Yes, most likely cause is that the vehicles for the backup units couldn't be spawned in time (either due to GTA IV being GTA IV or unoptimized car mods) and instead everything just spawned at you. It shouldn't be a regular occurrence anyway.

Vacationing in France....Advice
There's a few things you really don't want to miss in Paris. I think my favourite thing about going there, and I've been there 3 or 4 times, is the food! Paris is unique in that it has so many different cafes and restaurants to choose from and the Parisian cuisine really is a contender for the best in the world. I remember there being some brilliant creperies in Montparnasse which have to be tried. Speaking of Montparnasse, it has the Montparnasse Tower which in my opinion gives you by far the best view of the city. Not nearly as cluttered/swamped with tourists as the Eiffel Tower, you can get right up onto the roof-top observation deck which literally is on the roof of the building. Indeed, many of the locals consider it to be the best view in Paris precisely because its the only place where the Montparnasse Tower itself isn't visible (and depending on your taste, you might consider it quite the eyesore being a huge rectangular block of black glass in a city otherwise inhabited by historic buildings). The busiest time by far in Paris is Bastille Day on the 14th of July. I think if you go after mid August, you'll be fine. The French and particularly the Parisians do enjoy their holidays though, and if you go in August you might find that lots of the Parisians are on holiday themselves. This might work in your favour if you don't want to be crushed on the Metro or squashed in a line for the Eiffel Tower. Also, up until late August, there's the Paris Plage which is a big event that runs along the banks of the River Seine with palm trees, artificial beaches, swimming pools and plenty of places to get a nice, cold, overpriced drink. The Seine itself is well worth a visit too. There's plenty of boat tours of it and some good views to be had. Also you should really avoid buying things in the really touristy parts like Champs de Mars and such, you'll find that a lot of the time the tourist stuff like sunglasses, suncream, drinks, food, will be heavily overpriced or not priced at all (at which point they charge you tourist price at the till). You really don't want to pay tourist price in Paris. On the topic of Europe though, if you've never been before, no visit is complete without a visit to the UK in my opinion. Both Edinburgh and London are fantastic cities.

Can the inventor of LCPDFR help me out?
The Year of the Snake DLC for Sleeping Dogs lets you play as a police officer and do some police missions. You can arrest people and taser them and such as well. Interestingly enough, the DLC actually came about as a result of loads of people suggesting it to Square Enix on their forums. Not only that, but lots of those people showed LCPDFR as an example!

LCPDFR - Disc Edition....
Would anyone else be willing to take part in some sort of contest like this as has been suggested? If we had enough people willing to participate, like in complete contrast to our last contest, this is something we could probably do. Not only that, though, there's a good chance that we could turn the winning design into reality and auction them off, perhaps even with some bonus content.

First LCPDFR Image EVER!
So, yeah, I don't have a clue what the first image was to be completley honest. I think the ones on the GTAGarage page (http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=7619) (yikes that's outdated!) were the first, although I'm not entirely sure. Most of the first LCDPFR stuff was hosted on the old xgweb.co.uk site which I don't own any more. If you haven't already seen it though, was was the first ever media (image, video, whatever) of LCPDFR:

That's actually an interesting find. I will do some digging and try to find you the first ever image of LCPDFR :)

Sheriff Voice White 02 (unfinished but releasing)
I can upload the script that I made to help me later tonight if you want. It renames all of the voices based on their hash (from a list provided by MulleDK over at GTAForums) and also auto renames some of them to fit in with GTA IV like replacing BUDDY_DOWN to OFFICER_DOWN. I would honestly advise against modding the voices too much though, it can cause a lot of stability problems. Also, if you use LCPDFR, it's not really an option in my opinion.

GTA V Male Police Officer
The female heads aren't from GTA V, they're from IV. I don't see any point in converting the heads. It's too much work to get everything lined up properly like eyes, mouth, lips, etc. This saves a lot of time and also means you have working head and hands.
