I have installed the mod correctly, however in game I cannot get it to come up.

I have changed by Resolution in the .ini file and forced it through the .ini file. Still can't get it to come up on screen.

So it looks like it doesn't work at all. Did you for sure copied dll and ini files into your scripts directory?

If you changed any settings in ini file, paste it here.

Wow. I see what the problem was! I think when I was copying and pasting, I accidentally added another V to the file name.

It works now.

For now there is no way to make random extras for Speedo, so I want to make additional packs of liveries for Speedos with permanent lightbar.

All thanks to Tom H who delivered mapped Speedo with lightbar.

Is it possible to map the lightbar and its emissive textures to the actual livery png itself? That way, the coroner skin can have a lightbar while the other 3 liveries could still spawn in traffic without it.

I wish. It looks that when speedo has any extra part (lightbar in this case) it spawns it always. If there is any workaround I have no idea. I hoped that it will be at least possible to make lightbar random. To compansate it I will prepare skins better suited for lightbar speedos. ConEdison and NationalGrid skins are almost finished :)

Either create extra1 with the lightbar and extra2 with nothing (so it's just the dummy with no meshes underneath it) OR advise users to go into the vehicles.ide and delete the ext_req (extra required) extension.

But obviously if you're using ELS you can't have extras like that

I've tried first method but didn't know about second one, there is ext_all, I guess it is it :D

Those are nonELS cars. I will add link to ELS Speedo in mod readme. Skins should work with that model too.

Both methods should work, I did the same with my speed enforcement Buffalo (extra1 is just a pushbar, extra 2 is the pushbar+wraparound and extra3 was just empty). Although, have you considered that the lightbar would not be functional? Perhaps you could try something like what taxi lights and the FlyUS vehicles use for their beacons, but I'm not sure exactly how those work and they definitely can't be controlled by a player.

e: actually if the vehicles.ide says ext_all (all extras will appear all the time) then the method won't work. You'd have to advise users to change the line in their ide file.

I know that it won't be operational. It's just for looks. As I was told they (METT) usually don't bother to switch them on. If someone wants to have flashing Coroner team then he should use ELS Speedo, Ambulance or any car like that. Car, livery and color are set in ini file, so everyone will have ability to set ip for their preferences. I prepare just a base.

I still have to add some details to every skin but basically they're done. I think that with 11 skins available everyone will find perfect set ;)

Erm, the mod looks great and fun, but whenever i press x the game freezes, the thing comes up, but the mouse disappears and i can't press anything. Also the buttons don't have a box around them, just text.

Yes, everything that dosen't involve actual gameplay is fine.

EDIT: This includes every feature of the pause menu, and windows live menu.
