    EDIT: I have solved the issue! I haven't played GTAV in awhile and I know the game recently updated, so I moved the new Update.rpf to the Mods folder and updated Realism Dispatch Enhanced. I was going to go and replace all of the vehicle slots with new cars, but when I start the game it crashes. I have not had this problem in previous updates. Any help would be much appreciated. Here is my RageHook Log if it helps:

    Whenever I try to extract the .ZIP I get an error for the task_diff_002_a_uni.png and task_normal_002.png saying that the files cannot be read because they are locked.

    Wow. I see what the problem was! I think when I was copying and pasting, I accidentally added another V to the file name. It works now. Thank you for your help, though.

    I have installed the mod correctly, however in game I cannot get it to come up. I have changed by Resolution in the .ini file and forced it through the .ini file. Still can't get it to come up on screen. Thanks.
