I don't think PC makes them any money (hardly) cause console version has everything a PC Gamer would have to install manually, though most definetely buying both.

 

PC version of video games often gets copied and downloaded illegal by millons of people.

If this wasn't possible, game developers would earn at least something..

You do know that the Canadian is only worth 0.0079% more than a US dollar?( That's not even a penny) It almost changes every week of what one is worth more. back in June Us dollar was worth about .0187% more.

So 20,000 in Canadian money is only 20,157 US Dollar.

But getting back on topic, they would still lose money if they didn't make it for the PC. The real question is why are they making it for the xbox 360? Most xbox users went to PS3 let me list why.

PS3 has a better Processer, better video, doesn't cost money to play online. More games are coming out for PS3 than xbox now. More options on it ect...

Any who they would lose money in anyway if they didn't make it for PC.....

 

 

as for your xbox comment, because not everyone feels like getting the ps3 as most of the xbox exsclusive games are awesome, for example, minecraft xbox 360 edition, and the halo series and so on and so forth.

 

second off not everyone is a fan of the ps3 

 

and 3rd off not everyone has that kind of money....

Yeah. I got it preordered for PS3. Now, I got to get me a PS3. It's kind of a good thing they pushed the date back. Now I got more time to get one.

i dont have any console just pc,and maybe rockstar just waiting to ps4 and xbox 720 to release so people wiil buy it for them,for now i just heared its going to out on ps3 and 360,i think it wiil be released to the new consoles too.

Finally broke down and got a 360 in December and hardly play it. I'm sure once GTA V comes out, my system will get more play time than it's had since purchase.

I'll be getting it for the Xbox360, I'll also be getting watch dogs this year but what iv'e heard is that rockstar is planning on releasing it for the PC, But only when better components are released to support its engine and rendering.

I am 100% sure they make it for PC otherwise they lose a big amount of money.The game doesnt make itself the men/women have to be paied from something.

But I think they release the PC version later as on SA and IV.If the time scale is to big I have to buy a Xbox/PS3 agian

They prob wont you would need a really good pc because gta V's map will be HUGE and the graphics will be great which requires a very good pc so they wont really loose money

 

I think they actually make a lot more money on console versions.

@jefflax: You know that standard gaming PCs are FAR more powerful than consoles, right? Consoles are better for games than comparably-priced computers, but home-built PCs are way, way superior machines. Console versions of games generally have lower quality settings than the PC version.

Yeah, even the "Next Gen" consoles can't even match up to a good PC. They are making the PS4 more like a gaming PC, but you can still get better quality PC's. For example, PS4 will have 8 GB of RAM. The standard amount of RAM for gaming PCs is pretty much 8 GB now, moving on to 16 GB, even as far as 32 and 64.

The standard for *laptops* is approaching 8 GB. And there are big under-the-hood differences - Gaming console processors are optimized for graphical calculations, but normal computer processors are much faster at complex calculations.

I want it on PC, simply because I sold my console because I wasn't using it anymore.. So yeah if there is no pc version, I cannot buy it. Which would suck monkeyballs..

I will get it on xbox and then if it comes out on PC and it is modable i will buy it for PC

Well personally I'd want to boycott them and force them to realize that the drop in sales if from the lack of dedication to PC gamers, I know that one person alone wont hurt them, I doubt a thousand people wont either, it would have to be a pretty huge base of people refusing to buy from them unless they make a PC version for them to actually get the message.

There going to be releasing it on pc....
