Rockstar should just Hire the whole LSPDFR crew, and have them develop a pure police sim, with Rockstar funding and resources I would pay good money for a game built from the ground up as a police rpg/sim

Agreed I'd love to see R* make a new game from the perspective of the Officer maybe even as our old friend Officer Frank Tenpenny would be just fine and call it something like

"Grand Theft Auto: In Pursuit"

I am totally new into this mod , just watched many videos on youtube and I’m very excited and eager to play this. I understand that there will be an update this month. Should I wait for the update or maybe install the current version? I would like to avoid any installation issues if possible. Thanks!

If you're only installing LSPDFR 0,3, the upgrade process to 0,4 won't be much of an hassle and you might as well start there. 

 

If you're going to add plugins and such, you might want to wait until those are updated for 0,4.

Ok thanks , I will just wait for the update to get released before I start playing this mod.

Will this update make all mods that are compatible with the current obsolete? like stop the ped, EUP, And callouts??

Agreed, there is a huge gap in the market for an open world police sim and it's a bit sad that there are very few games centered around law enforcement. Hopefully 0.4 will be a leap forward for the mod.
