  7. No read the 0.4 Update notes that were posted throughout 2018. There was one that had a guy holding a flashlight. I got it now thanks.
  8. Try changing your gta 5 folder name to "Grand Theft Auto V" that happened to me because my folder name was set to a non default name
  9. Did Lt Caine stop playing lspdfr or something it says he hasn't been online in 3 years!!! who's going to update ELS?
  10. just installed lspdfr, natural vision, and a few non els cars. works great! thanks sam and the devs for putting hard work into this over the past year. Only one crash so far and that was from when I removed the flashlight from my inventory.
  11. does els work with this? also how do you use the flashlight in the images
