An Announcement was really necessary, because without no announcement how would we know .4 is out? unless you mean making an announcement at the last minute which would make 0 sense.

Agreed. lets say LSPDFR gets released and no one gets notified only a few people would ever now it got updated. I could understand if they made an announcement when it gets updated but people want to know when to look at the site to see if it got updated

A month of anxiety? Don't know about you but I've been politely waiting for a year since it was announced waiting for any kind of reference to the release date. I'm glad I know which month it will be after all that uncertainty.

Yes, I’m hoping this too. Would be nice to have one character as a response officer, one as a roads policing officer and one as a firearms officer. Obviously the response and roads policing ones will have a nice zero next to the shoots fired since I’m British.
