Awesome!, just one question tho, is it going to affect performance? or can we see an overall improvement and optimization?

Performance is supposed to be fully optimized. That is probably another reason why it has taken this long to build 0.4. Also, we will not have to have as many plugins, and Allbo has stopped making plugins, so those two factors alone tell us that performance is going to be greatly improved.

well i use Allbo's mods cause he makes great mods for LSPDFR

That’s a concern for me to, good point. The latest GTA update really ruin performance and I hope lspdfr 0.4 is optimize enough and have all the content and room necessary for other mod as well on release. I’m all about in game performance to.

I use his mods as well, without them I don't think 0.3b would be half of what it is. But the performance from those mods is poor, and they have not been updated for a while.

However albo did release his source code. So if anyone is Handy with programming we might be able to use his mods with .4 the ones that would still be relevant anyway..

The devs want it good 😉

Also it’s a official update of LSPDFR, the main plugin. So the performance will be surely improved.

how is pulling over a certain area will be possible without traffic policer in game, i believe it's not included in 0.4 that feature? We will have to wait for a mod for that i'm guessing?

Same, with the new update and with all my plugins I can only do patrols on the outskirts of Los Santos

True, many other plugins depend or work with Traffic Policer. Another concern of mine is PoliceSmartRadio, hope it gets to 0.4

we are all waiting for the release..... Cats are saved and officer can't wait for the declonenisation ( no more clone 😂) of police officers.

Wonder if 0.4 will let you have the spotlight and flashlight etc and have callouts and better ems and firefighters itself without having to install other mods? I downloaded LSPDFR but could not get the mods to run it kept taking me to the main screen that says settings online story mode. I fixed it though you have to play the GTAV prologue and then load up ragehook and LSPDFR works.  Really enjoyable realistic police experience for being a game I honestly can not wait for 0.4!

A big feature of 0.4 is the revamped flashlight mechanics.

I thought it was up just now tried to get on to site for it to say "Not available twice" my heart skipped a beat as i just done graphics card update and was loving idea of trying this first ...

8 more days....they are really making us wait for it. Sigh......
