Agreed, there is a huge gap in the market for an open world police sim and it's a bit sad that there are very few games centered around law enforcement. Hopefully 0.4 will be a leap forward for the mod.

When they release it (IF they dont hold back release) Would they announce a date or just do it, IMO they would announce a set date I hope its soon though.

Really version numbers are just where the devs feel it is at; they could have called this version 1.0 if they wanted, I wouldn't get too wrapped up in versions too much, content is what really matters.

Guys be patient, it looks like they are working at the newest version to relase as fast as they could, here's screenshot taken from Sam LSPDFR character tab.

He is probably playing 0.4 with that character to test to see if everything is working and no bugs hopefully, I reckon they will release as soon as its viable and not many issues cause in all honesty we dont want them to release it now and have a buggy mess.

Yeah, guys, stop pestering Sam and let them test the mod so youtuber's don't get bugs when they are in game! So be patient and they'll announce when they are ready.

Sam's joking, there is no 31st in February, only 28 day's. I am looking forward to 0.4. All the option's are so exciting! I particularly like the interaction menu, the handheld radio, crime system etc.

My most anticipated feature is ambient events that integrate with LSPDFR I think that will make the whole experience more immersive and give the player another reason to drive round in neighborhoods.
