  • Let's all take a deep breath and rest assured that we're still committed to releasing 0.4 this month.

  • Just as a heads up, I can't think of much that makes me grumpier than having to hide 24 nonsense posts after working without sleep on 0.4.  Lack of sleep I can deal with; people being idiots not

  • I've been informed we'll have to delay release by one day for each cat that is killed.

I all for this new update, but how will it affect the current mods we have?

Mods as in mods that aren't API mods won't be affected. API mods probably will break in some way.

Is there new callouts added?

Highly doubt it, and if so only 3-5 if that. Call Out Plugins will still be the primary way players get their call out's for LSPDFR. Bottom line is if you want variety you are talking about at least 10 Call Out Plugins. It's just the way she goes. One can only hope plugins , mods and scripts do not cause any more FPS loss when you go on duty than they do already!.

Sam stated earlier the API should be backwards compatible.

That's the key word, right? Should. Call me a pessimist 🙂 That said, I haven't tested any plugins.

Invenio, Investigatio, Imperium

Excited, I do believe it has been worth the wait. Be interesting to see how much that has been additional mods is now in LSPDFR. Thanks for the hard work, the update and the updating us.

Will it require scripthook v dot net?

I doubt the requirements will differ much from 0.3. All requirements will be readily outlined on launch day.

That would be a good "lunch" day as well, a big mac in Mcdonals and then lspdfr 0.4 haha =D

February? There goes my master thesis...😐

"Some say that the outline of his left nipple is exactly the same shape as the Nurburgring, and if you give him a really important job to do, he’ll skive off and play croquet."

Oh fuck yeah!

R.I.P. "Michael as a cop" mod and forceDuty command 😄

Only recently just got back into GTA V/LSPDFR after a couple of years off from it, I've kinda just got the mods and api's roughly approximating what I had working back then, now it looks like i'll be creating a new GTA V directory and I'm very happy to do so (my HDD maybe not so much).

Looking forward to this, hopefully it will freshen up and add new life to the game and maybe even reinvigorate the community and the modding scene too.

GG Sam and team!

Is the installation easier or harder? (The current installation is not hard, I'm just curious)

Also well done to all the devs and Sam working hard on this, can't wait to download it looks awesome 🙂

I'm almost positive the installation is the same, drag and drop.

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂
