The issue with that is that homosexuality is present in nature, and isn't generally considered to be a "choice". Rather, it's how you're wired - you don't decide to be gay, you're born gay.

Thanks, that car was a big success. A lot of people liked that car. It was only meant to be a private car for a friend but I had so many requests for it I decided to release it publicly. Don't hold your breath for a Caprice with that setup anytime soon. Only a few people have a good caprice model and they aren't giving it out or releasing it

Not trying to start a fight at all, but why are you saying ELS v7 is useless, just because your opperating system is out of date. If i remember correctly they stated that ELS wasn't going to be compatible with XP anymore. Why don't you just get on with the times and update like everyone else, and quit asking for help with something that we have all deemed won't work with XP.

I'd suggest having an online police radio chatter on in the background. Saw some other groups using this to break up the prolonged silence, not sure where they got it from. Just a thought.
 
Also, there's a script out there for "less overtake" which will make things a bit easier for you during traffic stops.

I watched your first video. I would have watched more but its nearly 2 AM here and I'm really tired. A few things i'd like to point out or mention is that your driving was pretty crappy. I think that the best type of videos are the ones that are realistic yet fun and exciting to watch like Makinith29. I wouldn't stress getting there in 2 seconds but arriving in a good manner without flipping the car and hitting all of the other civilians. 

I watched a bit of your last video and I'd like to mention that the Dispatcher really didn't sound like he knew what he was doing or what was going on? I'd recommend being more detailed on your callouts instead of just saying a pursuit. I always say Location, Vehicle, Occupants, Direction of Travel, Car Color, Assistance. Also you want to speak with precision and quickly.

I figure I'd step in and give my 2 cents seeing as I'm the one who took the request. The Doctor here actually contacted me via private message first and we discussed. By profession I am a graphic designer/artist and take commissions based on hourly rates. But I reconsidered on this project.
 
After deliberating with myself however I came up with the idea that, if he wanted to pay me then that's fine. If not, that is fine too. I told him ANY price would be acceptable. Any price at all. Going on how some albums are sold now where you name your price, I figured I'd do the same. If he wants to pay me that then that is fine too. I don't want people thinking I'm purposely gouging him to make these skins. It is ultimately his decision on what the final price is. This is a community, and I respect that community and their willingness to take requests without reward.
 
I am not taking this project lightly, like any project I do. My attention to detail is priority #1. This is 6+ hours of work as of current. Anyways, with that said, here is the skin insofar:
 

 

 

 
 

I think less action (No offence) and more everyday life PD work. Not every 15 minutes will there be a pursuit or a shooting, sorry to burst some of your bubbles. Police work is a lot of report writing and listening to others and less action. All of these movies and COPS TV shows are completely bogus. I have been on a ride-along and in a day we did 3 traffic stops, and responded to 3 calls. COPS only films what they think will interest the viewer and not what really happens or what police work is all about. Unless you live in Los Angeles chances are you will never use your weapon on someone in 20 years of being an Officer. 
 
Everything you do MUST be justified or you just might not be an Officer for long. I want to see more general police work and a wider range of calls rather than just shooting people and chases. Instead of responding to a shooting why not make it shoplifting or a fallen old lady that cant get up. Truth is that is what PD work is all about. You won't constantly be in the middle of a shooting or a car chase.

I would like to see a feature where you can approach either side of the vehicle. It has become common practice in my state for officers, especially on the highway, to approach the side of the vehicle that the median is on. for example if the vehicle pulls over on the right side of the road, the officer will approach the right side of the vehicle. Just a suggestion.

This is something I've been actually working on, the results are still not perfect though. So I can't tell if this will make it into the next version, but it will come for sure at some point.

I am not joining judging by the comments of Hunter which are correct, this clan probably just drives around with their lights on acting like fools. I bet they don't even know all the police code like real cops would since they are trying to role play as them

Kid? Kid who are you calling a kid? 1st off this was just to say the clan is open, not a post to make us look 10x better than we really are. I don't want people to join and think we do shoot outs police chase's all the time. Also to think that cool I can be a cop run around and kill every one. This is a RP ( Role Play) clan in the video I responded to the call and see if I could help anyone trapped inside building but only find out I can't go up any further in the building because of the fire.

If you were a real cop you would know that....
