EXACTLY! They don't care, they only care when its a Armed/Unarmed Black Civilian. They don't care if he just punched a officer and reached for his weapon. They just don't care, and its stupid.

I assume it has to do with the funding. Smaller departments have less equipment to purchase.

I'm guessing he wasn't the shooter then, since they're still hunting for the last shooter.

As much as we debate about this, I want you and everyone to know that I'm pro-police in the sense that I don't want to see anyone get shot. It sickens and enrages me, and it distracts from the very important conversation about reforming the justice system. People on your side of the political spectrum plant a flag and say "I'm pro-police", as if people on my side are anti-police. (I wouldn't be on LSPDFR.com if i was anti-police). Don't let the conversation be turned into that, because I'm sure that the debate in the country will shift in that direction very soon. 

Oh jeez, here we go again. Another massacre, more lives ruined for what? 2016 is shaping up to be quite the year folks, what a shame. 

 

Rest in peace to all who have died in this tragedy for literally no reason at all.

Yeah, Police just got into a pursuit with one of the suspects. The pursuit ended and I believe they have the person in custody.

Overall it just seems like, all together, the political spectrums are becoming more extreme. Either you support immigration or you're against it. Either you support the Police or you're anti-police. Either you support guns or you want to ban them. Either you're far right with Donald Trump, far left with Hillary Clinton, or hopelessly lost in the middle like the vast majority of Americans are. We're spreading farther and farther apart as a society and it's really sad. 

Also pretty funny to see the LCPDFR forum explode into political chaos and reports as this stuff happens, LOL.

And no one will cover the protesters that grieve for the officers, because its not good for ratings. Whats great for ratings is "WAR ON COPS IN AMERICA. WHO IS TO BLAME?", and that is ALL we will see for the next few weeks. The city of Dallas is hurting tonight, and so is a lot of the country. When two cops got killed in my city (NYC), the whole city felt it. Its a special kind of tragedy that's felt when you walk around. No one covered that story, though.

As disgusting as this is, the media is rolling in it. It's almost sickeningly laughable at how the media is making bank as this unfolds. The shootings, the murder, the bloodshed, the protests, the fighting, and violence. 

I'm tired and it's 1 AM here, but I want to watch and see how this unfolds. =P

BLM should be labeled a terror group. I believe the government did with the KKK, and now it's time to with BLM.

The camo guy wasn't one of the shooters. He turned himself in and here is a video of him as officers were responding

I don't want to live in this world anymore.  Every single day we spiral deeper and deeper into a pit that we will not be able to get out of.  Every day things are getting worse.  There is no hope for us if this keeps up.  There will never truly be peace.  Even if we aren't fighting a war overseas, we'll be fighting a home-grown war. This is our world now.  This will continue to be our world years from now.  Our children are truly unlucky, because there is a very good chance they will see America at its worse in the years to come.

You may say I'm being over dramatic, or that it may never get that bad, but wake up...it's that bad.

Two blacks shot by cops in one day?!!?! PIGS, RACIST PIGS! AVENGE!!! Maybe they should think for once, maybe they'll figure out who the real pigs are. People are so fucking stupid.

Yep. Local news is all over it.

i've said it a million times. those who don't break the law are those that aren't in the news for getting shot. these people with vendettas against the police truly are forming their own type of hate group. there is a fine line between protests and what they are doing and condoning. its awesome to see everybody on here responding and talking like normal people.
