I doubt it will. If I told you my current PC can run GTAIV maxed out with an ENB with 100 FPS, would you believe me? I have a Radeon HD 4350, an AMD Phenom II 910 and 8gb of memory. Do you even know w

  • Is that even a PC? Regardless, can you post your specs please?

Aw hell naw. That thing will either blow up or implode when you play GTA.

The 650, from what I heard is a great card (lookup gameplay videos of it on youtube), and as long as your current slot is PCIe x16, it'll be fine. 3.0 cards and 2.0 and 2.1 ports are backwards compatible.

Would you recommend this graphics card?

And I take it I can easily place it into my old nVidia graphics card slot?

I have a GTX 650 with 2GB and it works great, the "Ti" version is even better from my understanding. GTA IV auto-configures a medium-high setting, and Skyrim runs on ultra with graphics enhancing mods perfectly fine. Just make sure your PC has all the requirements for it, especially the power supply (which should at least be 400 Watts according to that site, with a 6-pin power connector).

Ok i made a custom computer that is very cheap and i have already checked and it can run many games on ultra-Medium

I ended up buying this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B009O26MUM/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00

Recommend this yeah?

Does this computer spec pass the minimum level?

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit , Intel Celeron Processor E3400, 4GB DDR3 Memory, 1TB Hard Drive, Intel GMA X4500 graphics?

Definitely not; the Celeron and use of Intel integrated graphics guarantee that GTA IV has no hope of running properly.

You run a 7770 and an FX-6100 on a 430W PSU? wat

My thought exactly, go for 800W or more (depending on the upgradability you need).

This is the highest i can go i really dont care about upgrading i just need a new pc

600 Watts - Corsair CMPSU-600CXV2 Builder Series CX600 V2 80 Plus Certified Power Supply

So is anyone able to maybe find part for a pc that will run decent for around $500? I could careless about the powersupply and the cpu has to be clocked at 3;00ghz or more

Where can you get this? I live in Australia, Perth

I just wanna know if Intel i5 will work to use GTA IV?

The Intel Core i5 is more than suitable for GTA IV; I have the i5 2500k in my rig and it holds up beautifully.  You can definitely upgrade, but it will take a bit of PC-knowledge to do; if you have a laptop then you more or less will have a difficult time doing so.

A 600W PSU will most likely not be enough for that setup, I had to upgrade my 600 W one to 760W with this setup:

AMD Phenom II X4 945 BE

ASUS (nvidia) ENGTX 570 DCII

500 GB 5200rpm Seagate HDD

3*2GB Kingston HyperX DDR2 RAM

I really recommend you get onto the safe side by buying a high Watt PSU.

I was redirected here by a moderator/admin, so I'll just copy and paste my previous post if anyone can help.

I'm rather new to computers, I'm an Xbox 360 gamer transferring to PC Gaming. I'm on a tight budget, just looking for a computer that will run GTA IV + LCPDFR mods without any lag issues. My budget is $1,000 - $1,500 dollars, anything within that range. If you guys could list the computer specs of the computer you suggest (rather it be your current one or a different one) and where to buy them (as well as maybe explain the specs if possible) that would be great. I'm pretty new as I said and not familiar with PCs (thus is why I don't grasp a lot of the parts the OP suggested, let alone combine them on my own). Any help is greatly appreciated, I hope to join the LCPDFR crew soon!

EDIT: Probably should have added that I'm looking for a Desktop, not a gaming laptop.

I was redirected here by a Moderator but the problem is one I dont here many people have.

I got a good enough computer and graphics card and I got the game working and LCPD working but after about 10-1 minutes the whole computer would shutdown. I heard that my GPU couldnt handle the game and did a emergency shutdown? Im looking into another computer which hopefully more powerful. Can y'all tell me if this computer will be good enough to run the game in mod please? I have a ATI graphics card that ill replace with the one in there

Anyone care to help me with my previous post? I've been waiting/searching for stuff all day.

I found a computer a youtube commentator suggested to me on > THIS < website with a starting price of $1500. Not sure what to add or get rid of both performance and cost efficient wise. If anyone can check it out, make me a good computer for GTA IV, that would be really helpful and I'll REP+ or whatever it is you guys do around here. If the computer he suggested isn't good for LCPDFR then someone can give me a custom build one. Please respond, anyone, thanks.
