I doubt it will. If I told you my current PC can run GTAIV maxed out with an ENB with 100 FPS, would you believe me? I have a Radeon HD 4350, an AMD Phenom II 910 and 8gb of memory. Do you even know w

DO NOT GO CHEAP ON THE MOTHERBOARD! That is the last thing you want to do, is going cheap on a motherboard. The computer case for one that has a good set up so your system wont over heat you will have to spend around $50-`. Let me link you a few motherboards. Remember you need a Z77 motherboard.... Also yes that is a good setup you should be able to run GTA 4 with mods without a problem...

Thank you for all of the suggestions! I went to a PC computer store AND they asked what I wanted for a custom built.. So this is what I am going to get.

RAM : 8 GB

Graphics Card : GeForce GTX 550 Ti

Processor : Intel Core i5-3570k, Quad Core, 3.40 GHz (3.80 GHz Turbo Boost)

Hard Drive : 500GB

They're going to put a motherboard, power supply, and a case for me. Just wondering if the 550ti is still good enough?

The TI is a good card. I use it but soon upgrading. Look at my youtube vids and you can see its performance. Any day past day 23 I am using the card in.  http://www.youtube.com/user/idad99?feature=mhee

Can this PC run GTA IV? This is my backup plan if I can't get a custom built pc.. In the future I was thinking about upgrading it to a Nvidia GeForece 550ti but I might have to buy another power supply..

You'll need to fix the graphics card. Everything else is okay.

Like Unr3al said, 3.0 cards will still work in the 2.0 slots, but you won't get optimal performance.

So as long as I get a PCIe 3.0 Ill be good to go? I was planning to the the 650 then the Motherboard.

I'd imagine you'd need to, but I don't know the wattage of the one that comes with it.

ya that's a good computer, but make sure you get a good mid ATX case with a lot of fan slots you will need it. Also I would get a different CPU cooler than the stock one other wise when playing at max graphics your CPU will get pretty hot

Let me link you some cases:

Thank you both for your replies, I appreciate it.

I forgot to add I have put in an additional Cooler Master Hyper 612 PWM Cpu Cooler 120mm,  hopefully this will try and combat the issue of a hot CPU as you were saying.

I'm looking to get a desktop and stuck between 2 choices..Dell or Custom Build mainly for playing LCPDFR. Here are the specs for both.

                                                                                           Motherboard: gIGABYTE ga-970A-UD3--AMD 970
RAM: 12GB dual channel ddr3 16mhz-4 DIMMs                 RAM: 16GB DDR3-1600
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 660                                         Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti-2GB
                                                                                           Power Supply: 850 Watt-AZZA Dynamo

For the Shell for the custom build is a AZZA Armour Gaming case. Any help with my regards and having my game running smoothly will be greatly appreciated. Once again thanks in advance to all.
