I think we can all agree that ISIS is doing bad things and if you don't you should take a clear look at what they have done to US citizens and other people so far.

I've played it... It's pretty out of control, there is no role play to it because people f*ck around too much in it.

I'm pretty sure extra 10 is random, I don't know about 11 But yes you should be able to do that, It might just make you really pissed off in the process

there is no difference between steam and the disc, if you ask me steam is easier, you won't have to worry about finding the latest patch updates with steam or anything like that and you won't need to worry about loosing a game disc or damaging it with steam.

If I can find an unlocked model of the cab I'll see what I can do, if not I know a guy who will be able to help.

Excellent choices, however if this is your first build you should wait to put the water cooler in, trust me it will be worth it once you know where everything is going in your case.
